Die Unterkunft wurde in 2025 fertiggestellt, liegt im Hochparterre und ist barrierefrei über eine Rampe zugänglich.

The outdoor area is terraced and allows plenty of light into the sun-drenched apartment through large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Own access is via the terrace. Individualists will enjoy the sometimes unusual interior. The car parking space is directly at the house. The city of Bad Krozingen charges a tourist tax, which is paid on site.
