Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Catherine and Christophe welcomed us very warmly in their cozy place. They were ready to help when our daughter got sick. Thank you! The surroundings in the valley are beautiful, even better with the sun on the terrace if you are lucky with the weather like us. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. We came without a car. There are buses, but you have to organize well to get there or get there. A top spot!

The property is very suitable for families and as a starting point for excursions to Alsace. The apartment offers plenty of space and is located in a quiet residential area, so the children can play there safely. The center of Selestat and all major shops are easily accessible.
