After a day in the mountains, relax with free access to the shared sauna (daily 4–10 pm) and a small fitness area in the building. The apartment also offers a nice mountain view, and an elevator takes you to every floor.

Nestled in the middle of the Hohe Tauern surrounded by mountain meadows and nature, this top-floor apartment inspires not only with a fantastic view of huge mountain peaks but also with its stylish furnishings and layout. Nearby there are numerous attractions, ski resorts, ski touring routes, hiking routes, via ferratas, bike paths, gorges and much more. Since we have a very small farm, there is also the possibility to get in touch with our sheep.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
