We had a wonderful stay in Mattsee. Brigitte is a very friendly and welcoming host. The cottage is really comfortable for a young family of four, and ideally located for a summer holiday by the lake. We enjoyed it so much we hope to come back again soon. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it felt cozy but spacious for our family of 5 🙂. The cabin was located within the beautiful Bavarian forest, not far from local amenities. The beds were comfy and the house was well heated. Overall we had a great time at Ferdinand's place. 10/10 would recommend and would consider returning in the future 😊.

We spent a 3-day trip to Austria with friends over the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our Airbnb host, Martin, was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided very clear instructions regarding the house, which made everything smooth and easy. The house met all our expectations: it was clean, spacious enough for our group, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also very quiet and ideal for peaceful walks. There were also charming nearby villages to visit, which was great especially for the kids. All in all, we had a lovely Easter break and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and cozy stay in Austria.

Our second stay at Christa's house - we felt very comfortable again - there is plenty of space, in a nice area, with good communication and a great coffee maker :)

Our stay in the house WaldNur was really fantastic! Upon arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, which was a great start to our vacation. Even our dog was not forgotten. She immediately felt at home thanks to her own blanket and toys that were already ready. The house itself is perfect. It is fully equipped with everything you might need and the quality of all amenities is high. You notice that a lot of attention has been paid to details to make guests really comfortable. The location is an oasis of peace with great views. We really enjoyed the nature around the house. We took nice walks in the area and went skiing in Hochficht, which is easy to access. Finally, we want to thank Andi and Meli. Their hospitality and friendliness have made our stay even more special. This is without a doubt a place we'd love to come back to!

We didn't get to meet Sonja, but we did meet her husband Thomas. He was already waiting for us on the street, showed us around and explained everything and even the tiled stove was already heated. ❤️ He was so warm and always helped us throughout our stay. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of that it was really hard for us to say goodbye. We definitely want to come back! Thank you Thomas for your warm and friendly nature, it was so nice to meet you!

We had a nice short vacation as a family and made good use of the sauna and indoor pool. The apartment is very well equipped and in a great environment with a beautiful view of the countryside. A clear recommendation and Judith was immediately available when we arrived.

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

This is what a vacation should feel like. We were received in a very friendly manner, a homemade apple pie and the feeling of being warmly welcomed awaited us. The farm offers everything you could want from a vacation on the farm, nature, animals to pet, a fantastically beautiful ambience and very kind hosts. The children were hard to convince to go home again, without goats, sheep, horses, cats and chickens, for them we could have stayed there forever. We are sure that Kerstin and her family have not seen us for the last time. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Nice contact with the family. Everything that was needed was available. On the terrace there was a gas grill at our disposal. Sun loungers are available in large numbers. Even a bicycle shed was offered to us for our bicycles. We would rent this house again any time!!!! It was a successful holiday!!!

We felt very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and with the children at night a bit more challenging for the toilet trip, but otherwise there are many play opportunities and toys for the little ones.

Good and neat place

The apartment is quietly and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home with Ann from the first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful hostess, she always shared with us when we had questions, she even made an appointment for the vet at her doctor's office for us when our dog needed it. Thank you, we would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable. It was beautiful and relaxing days in a great environment, including sauna, top equipped outdoor kitchen and generally in a fantastic overall property. Christoph is a 1A host, very accommodating and top friendly. We will be happy to come back.

Simple but beautiful accommodation in the annex of a traditional Bohemian Forest house. Wonderful landscape near the confluence of the two source rivers of the Vltava with a wide variety of hiking and cycling routes. Hospudka within walking distance, shops a few kilometers away. Friendly landlord.

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

We stayed here for two days and felt very comfortable. For four adults and one baby, the size of the apartment was ideal. There was even a crib provided. Everything was clean and there was everything you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient: an Edeka and bakery are right outside the door. Downtown is not right around the corner, for us the location was still great because our relatives stayed in the neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward, all in all really recommended!

We were there with 14 people and it was awesome. The cabin is super clean and cozy and super accessible. A perfect place for a break with good friends.

We stayed with Nicole at the chalet for a long weekend in February and will definitely be back. We had booked vegan breakfast and especially the spreads were 1A! 🤩 A detour to the farm shop next door is also recommended. Otherwise it was really nice, quiet and relaxing.

Renate was a super sweet hostess. A friend and I were there for a girls weekend. (Not the area but the space was important to us). We felt very welcome and in good hands. We could notice how much importance Renate has put in that we can have a nice time. The place is decorated with a lot of love and had everything we needed! Super equipped kitchen. Everything worked and was nice! We felt very comfortable . Thanks for the accommodation and hospitality :)

A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.

We spent 3 nights there with a dog and we enjoyed it very much! Always happy to come back!
