My accommodation is located near Schärding/St. Florian am Inn and a village in the Innkreis. It is ideal for a person who, for example, works professionally at a nearby company at short notice. In my 200m2 house you have your own area consisting of 2 rooms, a bathroom and a private terrace. The house captivates with its location in rural idyll and a beautiful and lovingly maintained garden. The apartment is located just 5min from the A8 // A3 motorway.

Located in Untergriesbach, the holiday apartment Landidyll Maxl has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available.

My garden offers a cozy terrace with fireplace and solar shower. From the house you can walk through the forest and to the nearby horse farm. Schärding and Passau can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Auf dem Reiterhof GENSLEITEN machen Sie Urlaub mitten im Grünen. Der Hof eignet sich auch perfekt für Feierlichkeiten als Gruppe, wie Geburtstage, Firmenevents und Junggesellenabschiede oder ähnliches. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Thermalbäder, ein Golf Club etc. Bei Gruppen mit mehr als 16 Personen bitte bei der Buchung die genaue Personenanzahl in der Nachricht angeben.
