I stayed with Sandra and Peter for 10 weeks for work reasons and had a great stay. The place was equipped with everything you need, clean and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and helpfulness of Sandra and Peter. They were always accommodating and made sure I didn't miss anything. And there were fresh eggs from the chickens, too. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this place. Thank you for the good time!

Always a great pleasure to spend time in Uwe's apartment, there is everything available, the apartment is very clean, the parking space just down from the apartment, the quality of the Wifi is very good! I would stay there again in a second.

Really nice place. Everything was clean and alot of space around the flat. Mamoon is also super frielndly and responds any enquieries really quickly.

Kai is cordial and replies quickly. It was easy to contact with him and get into. The house is equipped and very clean. I was able to find all the things I need for staying. Also the location was perfect for taking the public transport. Just 2-3 minutes on foot. The closest grocery store is located in just few blocks away. I spent six very nice weeks with Ulrike and Ulrich and felt completely comfortable. The two hosts were super friendly and always easily accessible. The apartment is clean and cozy, the surroundings pleasantly quiet. For me, an all-around great stay.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay for New Year's Eve, as our animal welfare dog is extremely scared every year when there is a bang. In search of the apartment, we came across the apartment and booked a problem at relatively short notice. The accommodation is very clean and modernly furnished. Just right for two people and not too big or too small. It all looked exactly like the pictures and was very quiet, cozy and modern. Daniel was always easy to reach, answered all our questions and was always very friendly and easy to reach. The area around is also very nice and quiet and only a few meters from the property, there is a large golf course where you can walk wonderfully and enjoy nature. We can recommend the place to anyone who wants to enjoy a little break in peace and surrounded by nature and we will certainly come back again:)

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was large, very clean and lovingly furnished – you feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the idyllic countryside around it, perfect for switching off and relaxing. Despite the remoteness, you can get to Hanover quickly by car, which was ideal for us. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We were able to spend a beautiful summer weekend in this tasteful and very well equipped apartment. By bike we explored the Elba landscape with interesting nature experiences. While driving past the small village church in Wootz, a nice lady invited us to a small spontaneous guided tour. Gastrotipp: Mödlich - Alte Fischerkate. Summary: Highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment, just a very short walk from the main train station and right in the heart of the city. Burakcan was helpful and responsive, answering any questions in very quick time. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Hannover. Many thanks Burakcan.

We were with 6 girls for a weekend in the penthouse and it was a very nice stay. When we arrived everything was clean and just as shown in the pictures. Since we were only there for a weekend, it was very accommodating for us that the kitchen was equipped with basic items. Something like spices, sugar, rice, oil… were available. But otherwise there are shops in the vicinity that can also be reached on foot. We had nice weather and were therefore also on the balcony, which is also equipped with a table. In the evening we were in the hot tub, where everything worked out after a short question and try. The hostess was always available and also helped quickly. We would love to come again in the summer.

During the HANNOVER MESSE 2025, accommodation prices in the area are 2-3 times higher than usual. However, this place still offers affordable prices. With a friendly host, clean and comfortable space, and well-maintained trash bins and surroundings, I can only give it a perfect score. I don't know how else to express my satisfaction.

Very nice and quiet apartment. Everything was explained to us in advance and on site. It was perfect for our weekend trip to Heide Park as the place is only about 10 minutes away.
