The house is made to feel comfortable and immediately enjoy nature. We were there for our children. Both loved the garden right away and especially the playground next to the property. Selina was very friendly and always available for questions. We can recommend the beautiful house, the lovely Selina and the village with full conviction.

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. Everything was really as described online in the place. All rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, foosball and darts make even the longest stay super pleasant and varied. The sauna and pool can be used completely unrestricted was a huge plus for our group. The outdoor area is equipped with enough furniture and there is enough space to arrange it as you want. A little thing that needs a little extra effort is the seclusion to shopping. There is no supermarket within walking distance. But that was also known from the start and also nothing Jürgen can do. Conclusion: Any time again! Was definitely worth its price (6.).

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

Everything was as described, place was very clean. The wellness area (sauna, pool, whirlpool) was perfect for the autumn season. Michael was very friendly and always responded to our messages within 30 minutes.

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

The place was beautifully located and immediately radiated a feel-good atmosphere. The decor is beautiful. Cozy and modern, just great :)) Katharina, the hostess, also always reflected this in a courteous manner and left no questions unanswered. Thank you.

A quietly located cottage in which we (four adults with a dog) felt very comfortable. There is everything you need in the house. Everything is very clean. The terrace is ideal. Well suited as a starting point by car for excursions in the area. Just a few steps and you could go for a walk with the dog. The shopping is very limited, but in nearby Wertheim there is everything you need. The house is highly recommended.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

The house is super located in quiet forest surroundings. Hiking trails start right outside the door. The house is well furnished, everything is clean. Especially great is the fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere. You can wonderfully switch off and relax here. A trip to the local distillery as well as to Miltenberg is very worthwhile!

The stay at Renate's house was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is comfortably furnished and designed with loving details. There is clear information and a lot of brochures for the surrounding area. Communication with Renate was also very pleasant. The small village is tranquil, the bells of the church next door provide additional ambience. Parking is possible right in front of the house without any problems. Small hikes can be started directly from there. Shopping is about 10 minutes by car in Schotten.

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything is as described – and even better. The house is perfectly located if you want to visit the main sights of Upper Franconia in the triangle of Bamberg-Coburg-Bayreuth. Thanks to the very warm welcome and the cozy-warm atmosphere in and around the house, we immediately felt at home. The house itself offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay – from kitchen amenities to games for children. In addition, the place is extremely clean and the amenities are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the Lieb apartment!

We had a good long weekend with our two dogs at Denny's. We were pleased with the small attention on arrival and enjoyed the relaxation in the sauna. The only thing worth mentioning is the steep driveway to reach the property. Our dogs found the garden great for romping and Denny thought of his four-legged guests with dog beds, bowls and treats.

As a family of 9 people and one dog, we spent a wonderful weekend in a fantastically beautiful and very exceptional house! There was nothing missing and we were also surprised by very loving details (treats for the dog, sweets for the people😉)! A big thank you to our super nice and caring hosts and we hope to be guests of Michael and Michael again! Thank you very much!

Beautiful house with great kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly enjoyed the herbal selection from the old spice office. Gladly again (when it's warmer and you have more of the terrace and nearby forest to hike)

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

My girlfriends and I had a perfect weekend at Katharina's place. The cottage is furnished with a lot of love and heart and has everything you need, including the terrace (our favorite place) with wonderful views of the countryside and the sunset. We felt right at home and above all had great fun with the countless games that were to be discovered. :) The communication with Katharina was great and with her warm manner, which is also reflected in the house, she made our stay perfect. We would come back any time and highly recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a small getaway weekend in nature.

We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 small children and had a very nice and relaxing stay. Everything we needed was there. Also crib and chair. There was enough space for everyone and the equipment was of a very high standard. Also it was very clean and the garden is totally beautiful. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Really great cottage with a beautiful garden and fantastic views. My kids and I had a great time. We were able to barbecue, have campfires and take leisurely walks. The kids played outside all day and I relaxed on the terrace. A big plus is the fireplace and the very comfortable beds. Andreas was accessible throughout and responded quickly. A very nice landlord.
