A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The vacation home is about 90 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. We would be delighted to welcome you to our beautiful vacation home! Located directly on the edge of the forest, it is located in the quiet vacation home area of Frenkhausen at about 300 m above sea level. Many trails invite you to extensive walks, hikes or mountain bike tours. The connection to the bike path network is also perfect. The fenced property has a nice terrace with a view of the mountains. Supermarkets and a bakery are easy and quick to reach by car or bicycle.

In the evening, the open fireplace offers a cozy place to relax. The country house is fully furnished and offers plenty of space with its 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The residence is connected to a bike path and surrounded by numerous hiking trails. The Winterberg ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

We offer you our non-smoking house renovated in 2025 with 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a high-quality fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace & TV, a guest toilet and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The washing machine can be used if necessary. From the open conservatory you have access to the beautiful garden which invites you to relax, enjoy and have a barbecue party. We have bicycles that you can rent for free.

The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.
