Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

Fantastic farmhouse in the Allgäu

There were 10 of us in the Sophy house (6 adults and 4 children aged 3-9). We found the house easily thanks to Tom's instructions, the amenities matched the description. The pictures are a bit misleading, in real life I found the premises more cozy than in the pictures. Despite minus degrees, the house was consistently perfectly tempered, my biggest concern, since we were with kids and at such accommodations it can sometimes be a little colder. Tom lives in the separate area of the house, so he can be reached very quickly for various concerns (unobtrusively) in person or by message. We borrowed sleds for the kids from him, and he also kindly recommended restaurants in the area. We felt very comfortable and hope to be Tom's guests again soon! Best regards and a Happy New Year!

We chose the place because it is centrally located for us for planned trips to Füssen, Zugspitze, Legoland, Augsburg and Munich. The contact with the landlord was very pleasant, friendly and informative. Very quickly accessible if necessary, otherwise very discreet and straightforward. We find the Airbnb agency fee clearly too high, but the landlord is not responsible for that. The house was fully furnished. Everything was available in the house and kitchen and of good quality.

This place is just a dream! Thanks Sergei for this great stay! An incredibly beautiful, spacious and exclusive house. The whole area is beautifully quiet, surrounded by nature and invites you to take nice trips in the region. The hot tub and terraces are simply fantastic! You feel right at home and can switch off. I would recommend this place to anyone and if I'm in the area next time I'll definitely book it again!👍

We used the apartment for our short ski holiday with our four children and felt very comfortable. Even though there is no ski room or the like, we could dry the clothes on the clothes on the clothes rack and the indoor shoes on the heater in the dining room very well. The apartment is very cozy and really very good and also very nicely equipped. Equipment is also available for more elaborate cooking and baking. We both cooked and ate several times at the Gasthaus Goldener Hirsch. We highly recommend the inn. Note at the bakery that he is closed on Monday as of March 2025. The hosts prepared the apartment perfectly, clean, tidy and optimally heated. It was also extremely nice that the hosts sent us home our key, which we forgot on departure in the apartment. Sincere thanks for the hospitality, we will be happy to return!
