Super attentive and in communication for a better experience

The cleanliness impressed me, I would only add utensils such as a broom to keep it clean, the kitchen has absolutely everything you need for cooking and drinking water, the staff are friendly, as a recommendation I would say that they repair the water pipes a little since the hot water comes out scarce, although with the heat of the day it is passable, there is enough shampoo and bath gel, in general everything was very good, we will surely return. One thing for those who are going to rest is that the music from the club that is nearby is heard quite a bit, but on the other hand the one who is going to have fun will be happy since it is great. The place is very quiet.

Felt like I was visiting my grandma. Such an amazing family, within a few steps from restaurants and the lagoon. Please just walk to the lagoon is so beautiful

Great new Airbnb with own floor in the house of Lupita and her partner in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very clean and very spacious, comfortable bed and hot shower. Nice seating area and fully equipped kitchen. We were also allowed to use their pool and you get free bikes which is super nice to explore Bacalar.

This is the second time I have stayed at this place and I plan to return, it has everything my family and I need to be comfortable and have a pleasant vacation. And the host is always attentive to any questions you may have. Thank you for everything.

It felt right at home, I spend a lot of time within Quintana Roo and this spot was gorgeous. I will look forward to booking this place again while in the area!

This is the second time we've stayed at the place and it's great, quiet, access to the lagoon is the best, we spent a lot of time together at the foot of the lagoon, everything in the house was amazing, the hosts were super attentive, they resolved all our doubts, they changed some beds that were already damaged by the sun very quickly, they gave us recommendations for places to eat, Thank you very much for everything!! We'll be back soon!!

Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Very secure and safe. Met many nice people and our dog also made new friends!

The space is wonderful. We felt very comfortable. You spend a lot of time in the fresh air. Unfortunately, the photos were a little older and now some roofs have been added, which is why we had little sun. Still highly recommended. Next door is a small supermarket with good prices and lots of choice.

There are only a hundred meters to do on a dirt road to find the accommodation. Peaceful corner in a small village. Perfect if you want peace of mind. Otherwise there is Bacalar 30min away for more restaurants and activities. I recommend going to the local beekeeper's, he offers his melipona honey. The guide provided is complete and very detailed on everything one can do around and in Bacalar. The showers are hot like the small pool. Fully equipped and functional kitchen is on the rendezvous. In short, we had a nice stay.

Mariana’s place is a perfect accommodation for Bacalar. To be lagoon side and have a gorgeous property to enjoy is an experience my family will remember forever. The house was clean, orderly, and had all that we needed to enjoy cooking at home and enjoy our leisure time. I hope this magical spot stays just as wonderful and beautiful for our next visit. Super nice airbnb with an hammock that made my days… The bath is pretty small but clean and the kitchen it’s more for warming up pre cooked food then for cooking. But all is working well and Astrid is a very nice host! I’ll come back for sure 😊🌞

Very good hosting. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Very hot water. Fridge and coffee maker with water. Very convenient and super well located. A few steps from the lagoon and close to everything. Parking is very good.

I really enjoyed my stay! Great location close to the laguna. Excellent balcony and beautiful property to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Clean, bright, comfortable room. I had a great experience here. The owners are responsive, friendly, and all around good people. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. If you want to visit Bacalar, stay here! Tips: - there is a great little carnitas place nearby. Look for the red shack. - the Airbnb is located very close to a convenience store named Autobeer. You’ll find snacks and beer. - there is market 10 mins walking from the location
