We want to let you know what currently, due to the construction of the Maya train, there is a bit of noise coming from the road. If they are a light sleeper, they might notice it.

It is in one of the busiest and most active areas of the coast, a few meters away you will find cafes, bars, hostels and several accesses to the lagoon (the closest is about 100 meters away).
