Peaceful and relaxing place. Each bedroom was a mini-studio: private bathroom, mini-fridge, electric kettle/coffee maker, desk, & patio kitchenette. Friendly & responsive host.

It is difficult to put in words how amazing our experience at Casa Sol & Luna was, you have to experience it yourself. Firstly, Bacalar is so breathtaking that no pictures you see online make it justice. The location in Bacalar is one of the best, right at Cenote Esmeralda. Next, the house is very well kept, convenient and fully equipped. You have everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay - infinity pool, room balconies, outdoor grill area, large dock, kayaks, paddle boards. Finally, the cherry on top was Pablo and Celeste! You are greeted and taken complete care of by 2 wonderful people throughout your stay. They keep the house looking pristine everyday are genuinely interested in you having a good time. We separately paid them to cook breakfast and lunch and it was the best decision of the trip. Without Pablo and Celeste our trip would not have been the same. Our entire crew loved Pablo and Celeste. It is an excellent place to spend a few days if you love to connect with nature. This place is ideal for you, it is extremely equipped with all the services and household utensils, it is certainly a wonderful place

The place is great, it has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. The host was very helpful at all time. It has a very good location, it is safe and it is in front of the lagoon.

Beautiful location with private lagoon access. We spent most of the time outside. Everything is arranged in this way. (Palapa, Hammocks, sun loungers, canoes, barbecue etc.) Air conditioning in the rooms is essential at night, given the temperatures :) The host is very responsive to any questions or issues. We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful place. A real little paradise!

Great location right on the lake. We especially enjoyed spending time in the outdoor eating area (with full kitchenette), and swimming and watersports activities right off the private pier. Note that the property has bedrooms in two separate buildings. Two bedrooms are lakefront, and the remaining bedrooms are a bit further back in a separate building, which also includes a kitchen and outdoor seating. The property was clean and well kept, albeit a bit dated. Location is about 5 minute drive into town. Overall a great spot for a few days in Bacalar.

Mariana’s place is a perfect accommodation for Bacalar. To be lagoon side and have a gorgeous property to enjoy is an experience my family will remember forever. The house was clean, orderly, and had all that we needed to enjoy cooking at home and enjoy our leisure time. I hope this magical spot stays just as wonderful and beautiful for our next visit. Valeria was attentive all the time from my initial questions very quick answers that I encourage to book, the property very nice, clean has a kitchen for the guests that we could use for breakfast supported us a lot since there was not something to eat nearby, of course I recommend them!!!

EXCELLENT CHOICE, VERY CENTRAL

At first there were some inconveniences with our reservation, but Jorge kindly helped us solve it, we really enjoyed our stay

My experience at Casa Jaguar was excellent. The space has everything you need: air conditioning and three fans; a well-equipped kitchen (which can reduce your expenses during your stay), privacy, a quiet area, good internet connection, pool, comfortable beds, dining room, coffee maker, coffee, plus they provide you with a water jug (great detail). Gustavo's complimentary day pass is well worth it. In short: it is an ideal space for both short and long-term stays. Downtown is a 10-minute walk away. The lagoon is practically a street away and you can find several nearby entrances, both public and private. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again.

Charming place to stay. With a kitchen and outdoor space to eat. The pier on the lagoon is beautiful, with the possibility of using kayaks. I have it very, very nice, it is available. We did both mornings yoga with her on the pier on the lagoon, for free, leaving only a tip. I rabbit this place to anyone who wants to relax for a few days and enjoy a welcoming and warm space

The google maps pindrop is inaccurate. Look for the house with 551 outside the door, a couple of houses down from Los Aluxes. When giving directions to taxi, say Los Aluxes for them to know where to take you.

nice and comfortable rooms, just a little removed from the village, so it could be a little difficult if you don't have a car, but if you want to relax very calmly away from the noise it's unbeatable, I really liked it, beautiful view of the lagoon, I would come back again

The hubby and I absolutely loved our stay! We loved the privacy and beauty of this place. We enjoyed watching sunrises from the palapa and star gazing on our balcony at night. This place oozes charm and I was so sad to leave.

Each room has its own bathroom, I love that. Very nice, but not recommended to go with children or older adults, as there are too many stairs and the house has many uneven areas that can be dangerous. Other than that, a nice place in the jungle, perfect for connecting with the lagoon

You won't find a better place to stay in Bacalar! I saw the "fancy" accommodations and they are lovely with great views - however, they aren't located ON the lagoon and don't have nearly as much peace and tranquility that Olga's place offers. It's the perfect place to rest your body and your spirit <3 Kayaks and bicycles are available at no extra cost, as well as a laundry room! The kitchen and bathrooms are always clean and Olga is always ready with a recommendation or assist with whatever you need! The RV is clean, cozy, and pretty comfortable. I slept well every night with just the breeze from the lagoon and a fan on low. HIGHLY recommend this lovely stay =D

The house is right on the Laguna. What a great place! The shared areas are nice and clean. The house is on the outskirts of Bacalar, but the town center is close by and on walking distance. Olga is an amazing host, who takes care of her house and the guests. I would definitely recommend staying at Olga’s place if you have planes to visit Bacalar.

it is a spacious, heated house, the perfect pool and the perfect grill. the recommendations and service from the host were very good for family rlmolan.

an idyllic place, close to nature, with Jose enthusiastically sharing his knowledge. the decor of the minimalist and colorful house matches the place very well. We had a lovely stay at your place. The private dock with turtle and fish on the lagoon is magical too
