Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bacalar

Housing is very new and in accordance with all the advertiser's expectations. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay here with our family of five. The apartment was as described and very comfortable and clean. When we needed to contact the host, Federica was incredibly quick and helpful. The pool was lovely too and cleaned frequently. Would definitely recommend

It is easier to get by the federal road on the return of Cenote azul, the apartment is very comfortable, the pool is incredible, very good for traveling as a family

Lovely apartment, very clean, well-stocked and nice pool area.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating, even when I locked myself out of the room 🫣😄. The neighborhood is quiet but still in walking distance to the city center zocalo. Very simple accommodation, great for a couple nights.

We had an amazing stay at this AirBNB with our little dog as well. The apartment is great, with everything you need and the pool is also awesome and always well maintained and cleaned. The host is super responsive and sharing great local recommendations. We didn't have a hair dryer and they brought one up right away. The shower head was leaking weirdly and they quickly changed it for a brand new one. Very proactive. Highly recommend this place.

The purpose of our trip was to go to a wedding. We stayed a very short time but we will definitely return to enjoy the accommodation and Bacalar more! Fede was always super attentive to us and her recommendations made our trip very enjoyable!! We'll be back soon

Beautiful spot right on the lake. We had to get a few things like more water and garbage bags but other than that it was lovely. Very private and the huge tree was great for shade. Lots of birds and iguanas hanging around.

The sound of birds in the morning, the warm sunlight for lunch, the stars in the evening, and everything is a cozy space: D I stay a week in a more cozy and comfortable place than the pictures, but I want to stay longer next time! Thanks Andrea ❣️

We really enjoyed our stay with Marco and Pilar. They are just the sweetest and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The house is spotless. We were the only ones renting a room in the house (there are 3 available in total) and it was easy sharing the kitchen and backyard. We loved the pool and used it daily! They also have cute apartments on the same property so it’s worth asking about those if you’d prefer to stay longer and in a more private space. We loved staying in the house though as it gave us more opportunities to interact with Pilar & Marco. We definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay. The villa, although small, is tastefully decorated and comes with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The development has few houses and, although there is a lot of glass, the layout is well planned so that no house faces another, so you never feel exposed. The common pool is very nice, but without a doubt the most valuable thing is the proximity to the lagoon, with exclusive access for guests and residents. Just a 5-minute walk (approx. 400 meters); however, access is downhill, with well-formed steps, but it can be difficult for people with limited mobility. The dock is small, without a palapa, but the nearby trees offer just the necessary shade. The host is simply the best: attentive, quick to respond and always willing to help, even with things beyond her control. It's definitely a gem. We're leaving, but we'll be back soon. I highly recommend this place. 10/10

We loved Casa Cactus during our stay in Bacalar. The house was perfect and we opted to have Rosy cook some breakfast and dinner meals and they were absolutely perfect. Sooooo yummy and even our picky Children loved her cooking. The potato floutas were heavenly as well as the lentils and cauliflower…so yummy. Rosy also recommended a boat tour of the lake which was marvelous and recommended a restaraunt in town that was so yummy we had to go twice!! Rosy was gracious and helpful and really a wonderful host. We will be back again!

Staying at this home in Bacalar was such a special experience—it truly felt like a little sanctuary. The house itself is absolutely stunning: every corner was thoughtfully designed, aesthetically gorgeous, and filled with charm and warmth. It had such a peaceful, elevated vibe that made it hard to leave. The location was also perfect—just a short distance from the lagoon, but tucked away enough to feel calm and private. What made the stay even more amazing was the responsiveness and kindness of the hosts. They were quick to help with any questions or small issues that came up and even went above and beyond by helping me find a local swimming teacher, which made my stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a beautiful, serene home base in Bacalar that feels curated and cared for, this is the one. I’d return in a heartbeat.
