Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

The size of the app. is 92 square meters.

Biodynamic Farm Dragonja - Olive Grove offers a unique, relaxing stay in a house not far from the village. The house is surrounded by 2 hectares of private land, where you can admire untouched nature, relax to the sound of birdsong and chirping crickets, and immerse yourself in the scents of trees, immortelle, and lavender. Above the house is a walking trail, and below it flows a stream. Perfect peace and privacy.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
