Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Baarn

Wonderful host couple! We were greeted with tulips, chocolate and white wine. Very clean and nice accommodation with beautiful art. Walking distance to everything in picturesque Laren. Secure parking. Highly recommended.

Sandra's cottage is a gem among vacation homes. Those who rest, bird sounds, a certain luxury and style and also a very nice host who does not intrude but is ready for questions or a friendly chat will appreciate this address very much. It was 31 degrees outside but the house was wonderfully cool, also due to the high ceiling. The beds were very comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. From the quiet garden, you can walk the leafy lanes to the cozy center of Blaricum. So for both peace and entertainment seekers, this is a perfect location. Lots of privacy... private garden and even a beautiful sculpture work in it to enjoy. In short: We had a wonderful time and thank Sandra for the hospitality. It is nice that someone with so much pleasure and inspiration for her beautiful cottage shares it with us, yet unknown guests. We will definitely come back! Astrid and Merel

Jaap’s home was very comfortable, well designed and decorated and in a peaceful, pretty setting in Bussum. Jaap was extremely helpful, very proactive and gave us advice and assistance. He is friendly and hospitable and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The travel into Amsterdam was straightforward by train and a 15 minute walk from the home. We would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay outside the city in a relaxed neighbourhood.

We were traveling by bicycle and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly host. Thank you so much for this great start to the day. We felt very comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). We enjoyed our stay here. We were here for just one night before our flight back home. We enjoyed the evening in Utrecht and the next morning. I finally received my code for the door at 9:36 pm after I had checked in. I messaged Hendrik the day before saying I hadn’t received it. He gave me his and it worked like a charm. We had a car so the parking was perfect. It was a bit of a walk but not bad. We dropped off the luggage in front of the place and I drove the car to the parking.

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

What a fantastic place to stay! Ruben and his team were terrific, very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect for both walking and public transport (there are three tram stations ~500m). The house is just as described and very well stocked. Plenty of options for cooking and coffee. Even though the neighborhood is only a block off a busy tourist area you would never know it when you step out on to the street. Quiet and private it was just what we look for in a rental. Thanks again for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning!

Staying in the yard cellar for a long weekend is recommended. Beautiful yard cellar, located near the city center and yet quiet. The pothuys is also recommended for live music. Waving from your own rented boat or waving to the other canal boats, both are wonderful.

This place is enchanting! We enjoyed the days in the so nicely furnished attic and the animals in the garden all around. Our daughter (almost 2 years old) loved playing in the garden and petting the animals. We felt like we were in Bullerbü! Mirjam was always there to help us, prepared a fresh, super delicious breakfast for us every day and lent us bicycles. :-) Very big recommendation!!

We loved our stay at Diederik's apartment, the amenities were amazing, we loved the balcony and the location was great with food stores and tram stations nearby. The apartment was very clean and had loads of great features. Communication was clear and the bedrooms were very comfortable, we would love to stay again. :)

Michiel and Marjolein are wonderful hosts. Their beautiful property is truly idyllic. The living space is very comfortable and intelligently planned - as guests, we felt very much at home. It was a joy in the mornings to wake early and hear the birdsong (so many varieties!) and sit with coffee by the beautiful pond overlooked by a majestic willow and wildflowers. The property is so private and very conveniently situated. We were really inspired by the gardens and are already planning our next visit! The house was great. The location is very good, but if you are going to stay here, it would be useful to have a car. There is a private entrance to the house. The owner "Kim" is really interested and communicates quickly. We thanks her very much. Everything was perfect.

Wow, what a lovely rustic location. Everything was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The tranquility, green surroundings and privacy have done us a lot of good. The pool was a delight and felt like a true wellness experience. Maarten was a very likeable host. We will definitely come back more often!

It was an absolutely stunning place with a beautiful view. There are chickens and dogs and as an animal lover, I had lots of fun. It was a wonderful weekend!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Charlotte is a courteous and helpful host. If we had any questions, she was always very accessible. Her apartment was great for our short stay and we were able to explore Utrecht comfortably via rental bike. The place was very clean and we also enjoyed the views from the terrace. And even if the spiral staircases were a daily challenge despite the existing handrails, we would definitely ask her again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s in a great location near so many food places and great stores. Everything is pretty walkable which made it nicer for our stay. I would stay here again !

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I was looking for a place for my friend where we can have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything can be reached on foot or by bike. We'd love to come back again 😍
