Eine kleine, aber saubere Wohnung auf 2 Etagen in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Ein Mini-Garten/Terasse. 7 min. bis nächster Tramhaltestelle und dann ca.25 min bis zum Zentrum. Aldi und Jumbo - ca.7-8 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio und Fiecke war perfekt!

Fons was an amazing host and the house is fabulous. Great communication from start to finish, easy checking in/out and Fons was very helpful in recommending local amenities and travel routes into the centre of Amsterdam. If you’re looking for a great family home stay with a short trip into the main city, I would wholly recommend booking with Fons!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer Wohngegend ab vom Trubel, aber sehr gut angebunden mit Tram und Bus. Gemütlich und genug Platz zu viert. Mark war sehr freundlich, gut und schnell zu erreichen. Obwohl er während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in der Unterkunft war, war es genau das „ursprüngliche“ Airbnb-Erlebnis: zu Gast bei sympathischen, freundlichen, interessanten und interessierten Menschen. Sehr gerne ein nächstes Mal!

Unsere Familie hat unseren Aufenthalt im Haus von Joost sehr genossen. Wir und unsere drei Kinder hatten viel Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, von wo aus man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Der Gastgeber bietet auch Fahrräder an, die sehr praktisch sind, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

We had a nice stay at Job’s place. The house felt like home w/ so much space to move around. I particularly enjoyed the garden room where there is a glass ceiling. I could stare at the sky there all night which was a nice touch. Job was also easy to communicate with. The only thing that was a bit off are the private stuff around the house. Like a lot of jackets hanging on the entrance so we weren’t able to hang our stuff, no space left on the closet since it’s also full of private clothes and also the refrigerator was full of food items from the owner. But all in all we enjoyed our stay :)

Jonas and Lea's house was very warm and cosy. The cat Wammes was very sweet and loved getting cuddles after warming up to us. Beds were very comfortable. Great to have a washer and dryer. It's good to know that the children's bedroom is off the master bedroom and isn't separated. The only toilet is on the first floor, not on the floor where the beds are. The location is excellent, a safe and friendly neighbourhood and close to public transport.

Ik ben goed ontvangen door Kris. Fijne ruimte zoals op de foto’s. Fijn verblijf, privé ruimte, rustige fijne buurt. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig.

We had a comfy stay at Jelle's! No complaints or displeasures, everything was quite clean and accurate to the description in the listing. Instructions for check-in was clear. Maybe would be good to provide 2 sets of keys instead of just 1. Location is 2min walk from a bus stop, easy to take a 10-15min bus ride to Centraal. Living room area in particular was very pleasant! we were worried that privacy was going to be an issue, but Jelle had blinds and privacy filters on the windows, so we felt at ease. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use too. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Douwe even gave an extra bed as there were 4 of us. They also prepare some stroop waffles as welcome snack :) Location was really convenient and located in a quiet street. Douwe was also very accommodating and helpful during check in & check out. Will definitely recommend the apartment!

Great location outside the city center but close enough to everything. A lot of great restaurants close by as well.

It's a really special place. The house feels like the 17th C beauty it is, but there is nothing janky or tired about it. A lot of very thoughtful work has been put in. It is light-filled, beautifully cared-for, and perfectly incorporates all modern luxeries. The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks from the center. We had a terrific week there, can't recommend it more highly.

El apartamento es luminoso, cómodo y está bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Está en un lugar tranquilo del centro histórico, a pocos minutos de la zona más turística y a solo 10 minutos de la estación central de trenes (a pie). El anfitrión ha sido muy amable. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

Great location (so convenient to be right at the park for morning runs) and accommodating hosts (we had a baby with us)!

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Peter was very friendly and responsive. The place has a very nice backyard, and the appartment is surrounded with many shops and coffees. The location is so good, there’s no need for any transportation, you can walk everywhere. Thanks to Peter for hosting us in this lovely apartment.

Mia was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was cosy and comfortable and In a calm and beautiful area of town. Would definitely go back!

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip mit Freunden Ajays Gäste und waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Tolle, saubere Wohnung, schnell erreichbare öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und auch zu Fuß in die Stadt ist es nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Amsterdam - und die Wohnung liegt super ruhig, aber trotzdem ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Spiel- und Fußballplatz gegenüber hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Dank an die Gastgeber, sie waren sehr freundlich ind immer erreichbar! Gerne wieder!!

Tastefully decorated house with a great view and calm neighbourhood right outside the city center. We didn't had wifi due to a service disruption and it was missing some basic things like a kettle (or we just couldn't find it), but otherwise it was a great stay. Thanks John!
