Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la belle maison d'Alessandro au Lido de Venezia ! Un beau Noël italien ! Parfois un peu ennuyés par le manque de bus en période de fêtes, mais nous avons marché... Rien n'est vraiment très loin au Lido. Proximité immédiate de la mer et de la plage, zone très calme, maison grande et très propice à une réunion de famille, nous nous sommes régalés. Alessandro a été là pour nous accueillir à l'arrivée de l'Alilaguna, de nuit et sous la pluie, et a fait plusieurs aller-retours pour nous amener à la maison, nous étions 9 ... Il nous a même aidés à commander nos pizzas pour cette arrive tardive 😁 Et ce malgré un souci de famille de son côté. Encore merci Alessandro 👍🏻. Un séjour dont nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir... 💓

Harika bir ev sahibi🌸 Ev çok temiz , eşyalar kullanışlı, odalar iyi tasarlanmış, yaz mevsimindede harika bir konaklama yeri olur. Tavsiye ederim 🎭 Otooarkının olması bizim için büyük avantaj oldu. Adaya geçis çok kolay 53E otobüsü ile gidebilirsiniz. Otobüs dönüştede evin önünde bırakıyor. Bu yüzden konumda 🤩 harika

Hôte super ! Nous avons été accueilli directement par Filomena et son mari . Elle a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de chaque élément de la maison. Elle nous a donné des indications sur les activités à faire autour de la maison ainsi que les restaurants . La maison est superbe , bien adapté pour une famille . La salle de bain est magnifique . Le petit jardin ajoute la touche finale à ce superbe logement . Filomena et son mari ont été présent tout le long du séjour pour nous aider. Je recommande vivement !!!!

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. This house in Lido was perfect to cap off our family trip in Italy. We were 9 in the group and there was ample space for all of us. The location was a short water bus ride to the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. And, at the end of our activity filled days, it was great to come back to Lido where it was quiet and homey. Giovanni is a wonderful host. He was attentive to our needs and questions. He even had a welcome basket for us! We highly recommend Giovanni’s place!

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Ceneda, and it was amazing. The apartment itself is gorgeous, it was like a fairy tale truly. We had everything in the house, the kitchen was well-equipped as well as the bathroom. Not just the house, but the whole neighbourhood was so peaceful. We loved the peacocks guarding the gate and also there were two friendly cats running around the property, they were really cute! Patricia is such a sweetheart and Jacopo was so nice, always responded quickly, recommended places to see. Overall we are more than content and will surely return in the future, thank you for everything :)

Erg mooie accommodatie! Fijne omgeving om je vakantie door te brengen. De contactpersoon is erg aardig en je kan er makkelijk mee communiceren. Wil je een keertje slapen in een niet touristisch dorpje, dan is dit zeker een aanrader!

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Logement agréable, propre et confortable ( bonne literie). Pour se rendre sur Venise, il y a 2 lignes de bus fréquentes à proximité de la maison et en 5 min vous êtes directement à l’embarcadère pour Venise. Je recommande ce logement!

Very easy check in and check out! The property is located in a very quiet street and is especially great if you want to leave your car on the property and just walk to the beach , which is merely 4 minutes away. The apartment is very simple but quite well equipped and clean. Lovely little garden to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. (Lots of mosquitos in the evening therefore not recommended during that time of the day). The car can be parked on the property. Which made it very comfortable. All in all we had a lovely time and definitely would return again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft bietet reichlich Platz. Es sollte klar sein, dass das Haus nicht nagelneu ist & natürlich bereits einige Abnutzungserscheinungen aufweist. Einige Handtücher sollten erneuert werden. Dennoch ist es ein schönes Haus. Besonders hat uns auch der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse zur Abkühlung gefallen. Das Haus befindet sich sehr nah am Park Hemingway. Ideal für Hundebesitzer und Familien mit Kindern. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage des Hauses aus unserer Sicht sehr gut. Der Strand ist in 10 - 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Aber auch verschiedene Restaurants und andere Ausflugsorte sind von der Unterkunft gut & oft auch schnell erreichbar. Es gibt auch in der Nähe einen Lidl. Die Gastgeberin Teresa ist sehr freundlich & hat uns einfach & unkompliziert in Empfang genommen. Sie war immer gut & schnell erreichbar & hat auch schnell & zuverlässig unsere Anfragen geklärt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden & empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter!

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

Es ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ein kleines Häuschen, das an ein großes Haus angrenzt, mit einem großen, idyllischen Garten und einem großartigen Pool , von dem aus man das ganze Tagliamento überblickt. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit guten Infos versorgt hat. Fußläufig gibt es ein gutes Alimentari mit kleiner Bar. Für Wanderer gibt es den Monte Pala und einen wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Weg nach Vito d'asio über San Martino- vor der Haustür !

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

tout était parfait. Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. La région est très belle. Mauro est très réactif et nous a donné de très bons conseils de visite aux alentours. Si nous devons revenir, nous reviendrons là, c'est certain.
