We loved our stay at Alessandro's beautiful home in Lido de Venezia! A beautiful Italian Christmas! Sometimes a little annoyed by the lack of buses during the holidays, but we walked... Nothing is really very far on the Lido. Close to the sea and the beach, very quiet area, large house and very suitable for a family get-together, we had a great time. Alessandro was there to welcome us when the Alilaguna arrived, at night and in the rain, and made several trips to bring us home, there were 9 of us... He even helped us order our pizzas for this late arrival. 😁 And this despite a family concern on his side. Thanks again Alessandro👍🏻. A stay we will keep a wonderful memory of... 💓

Responsible host, highly recommended

We spent 2 weeks vacation in this beautiful house in Aprilia. A supermarket with fresh bread and pasta near by. Lignano beaches about 10 min by car. The kids love the house with lots of space. Having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hosts are lovely and good hearted people. We forgot to bring our bedclothes and towels, but Filomena just organized all the stuff we needed. I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. This house in Lido was perfect to cap off our family trip in Italy. We were 9 in the group and there was ample space for all of us. The location was a short water bus ride to the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. And, at the end of our activity filled days, it was great to come back to Lido where it was quiet and homey. Giovanni is a wonderful host. He was attentive to our needs and questions. He even had a welcome basket for us! We highly recommend Giovanni’s place!

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Ceneda, and it was amazing. The apartment itself is gorgeous, it was like a fairy tale truly. We had everything in the house, the kitchen was well-equipped as well as the bathroom. Not just the house, but the whole neighbourhood was so peaceful. We loved the peacocks guarding the gate and also there were two friendly cats running around the property, they were really cute! Patricia is such a sweetheart and Jacopo was so nice, always responded quickly, recommended places to see. Overall we are more than content and will surely return in the future, thank you for everything :)

Very nice accommodation! Nice area to spend your vacation. The contact person is very nice and you can easily communicate with it. If you want to sleep in a non-touristy village, this is definitely recommended!

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Very easy check in and check out! The property is located in a very quiet street and is especially great if you want to leave your car on the property and just walk to the beach , which is merely 4 minutes away. The apartment is very simple but quite well equipped and clean. Lovely little garden to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. (Lots of mosquitos in the evening therefore not recommended during that time of the day). The car can be parked on the property. Which made it very comfortable. All in all we had a lovely time and definitely would return again!

The stay was very nice. There is plenty of space for accommodation. It should be clear that the house is not brand new & of course already has some signs of wear and tear. Some towels should be replaced. Still, it's a nice house. We also particularly liked the roof terrace hot tub to cool off. The house is very close to Park Hemingway. Ideal for dog owners and families with kids. Basically, the location of the house is very good from our point of view. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. But also various restaurants and other excursion locations are well & often quickly accessible from the accommodation. There is also a Lidl nearby. The hostess Teresa is very friendly & received us easily & uncomplicatedly. She was always easily & quickly accessible & also answered our inquiries quickly & reliably. Thank you so much for this. We were very pleased & recommend this place!

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!

Daniela already had great reviews, but the stay at "Cà Giuggiola" went beyond expectations! The house is spacious, very quiet, equipped with every comfort and perfect for a relaxing vacation. For those who want to disconnect without having to do a hundred thousand activities even on vacation, this place is the right one. Everything is made even more unique by Daniela's kindness, availability, friendliness and smile, always ready to make guests feel at ease. Also highly recommended is the pizzeria you run, along with your beautiful family, equally kind and friendly. Nearby there are many nice and uncrowded towns, above all the beautiful Treviso and Valdobbiadene with its hills full of rows of vines ready to become Prosecco. Piave also has its own charm, naturalistic and historic. Everything is highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Very nice and very well-equipped house. The area is very beautiful. Mauro is very responsive and gave us some great tips for visiting the area. If we have to come back, we'll definitely come back.
