This is an apartment on the seventh floor of a nine story building. The main feature of this apartment is its location and the spectacular views you have. I have done everything I can to make it even better. It has high-speed wi-fi. Satellite TV, hot water, a very well equipped kitchen. I have also included many beautiful and interesting paintings and art pieces with their descriptions. The neighborhood is very safe with everything nearby. The building has an elevator and a guard.

We milk roughly 30 cows on 90 hectares, which leaves lots of room for hiking and exploring. The bungalow is a cozy wooden cabin with two bedrooms, including a lofted bed with a skylight for star gazing. The living room includes an efficient wood stove to warm the chilly nights. We no longer offer breakfast or any meals. Please bring food to cook.

The owner of the airbnb Nolberto and Mariana are very nice people, they took care of everything and cared about every details which was a great relief for the guests. During my 2 monthes stay there we realy got along very well like friends. The house itself is well located and the nabourhood is cozy. The room is well decorated ,equipped and impecable clean. We'll definitely come back in future tour.

This is a lovely apartment complex on the Tomebamba river, right across from the centro historico. The apartment is cozy, on the first floor, and was more than comfortable for me as a solo traveler with a month-long stay. You’ll be able to enjoy the grounds, which are filled with greenery, and listen to the river throughout your day. The hosts are hands off but available, and their housekeeping service is fantastic. Most days I walked less than ten minutes to the Plaza San Sebastián, where there are great restaurants and cafe’s. Mercados are about the same distance away, and supermarkets are a short cab ride or a longer walk. Note that this is not a classic “centro” contruction, but it has great character and a friendly atmosphere.

Great place to get a taste of what life in the campo is like in Ecuador. San Miguel is very tranquil and the townspeople are nice. The house is a modernized older adobe home. New kitchen and bath, which are great. Bedrooms, living room have a nice, old feel. Because it's an old home, the rooms are not connected, so that was something of a surprise for us, e.g., you go outside to go from room to room.
