Do quintal poderá ter uma vista soberba sobre parte da cidade e para as ilhas de S. Jorge e Pico. É um T1, composta por um quarto, casa de banho, cozinha e sala comum.

Well located in the central part of São Miguel island, and still it has access to several touristic points and you can also visit one of the best surfing beaches in the world.

The house is inserted in a paradise organic farm with fruit trees, vegetable garden and vineyard, as well as a beautiful garden. The interior is decorated with ancient pieces of oxbow and wine barrels, pieces that were used in another time in the farm for the varied activities.
