Awesome place for our short stay. It was spacious yet felt cozy still. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were so surprised that Eugenia greeted us with a pot of soup and fresh bread that helped make our first evening there much easier. The home has everything you need, a great kitchen and the sound of the waves to put you to sleep at night. The patio was absolutely amazing for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Eugenia is an amazing host and stayed very accessible to us. Very responsive to questions and requests. We work when we travel so we asked if there was an extension cord available for us to be able to sit on the patio with our laptops. Rui, her husband, showed up within minutes with one for us to use. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The Hause is a beauty, traditional and with charm. Is located in a great position with an amazing view on the ocean. Four people can stay extremely comfortably since very spacious and furnished. Gustavo is a great host, very friendly and communicative, you’ll receive precise info and useful advices. It was a great experience for us.

This place was a beautiful house, with a nice private backyard! We had some trouble in the parking area designated due to the narrow entrance, but parked near the church and found it much easier! We were visited frequently by Carla’s dog, Toby, and he even gave us a little tour of the area. Overall, we had a great time using Carla’s house as our base to explore the gorgeous island!

“Compact” apartment but it has everything one needs and is very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, excellent Internet connection! Beautiful view of the city (south and east). The hosts were reactive and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood (and a quiet building) with a parking lot across the street. It is a walking distance to the city centre (shops and restaurants) and also to a larger shopping centre. I had a very pleasant stay.

The house was perfect! Extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, and very thoughtful to every single detail. The 2 terraces with views of the Islet were a highlight. Marius and Carlos were communicative and gave excellent recommendations of restaurants and activities. The house is well-located in walking distance to many places in town, and easy driving distance to all points of interest on Sao Miguel island. Highly recommended!

Mario was an ideal host, very welcoming and the house is a dreamy and comfortable place to enjoy Sao Miguel Everything is very well arranged and perfectly clean, small touches awaited us when we arrived and were very appreciated The outdoor areas (shared) are very nice with a beautiful view I would highly recommend it!

mariana’s apartment is super comfortable and clean, great view and just some minutes away from a great beach, we had an amazing time there.

A beautiful stopover on the island of Pico. Large functional accommodation, very large for two, but it's nice to have space! We'll be back, that's for sure!

Our stay was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. Peaceful. Nice to be out of downtown Ponta Delgada- but convenient enough to get to and enjoy the Festival and the city when we wanted to. The house is strategically located on the south shore and perfectly located to drive to the island’s sites. A couple very nice restaurants are within easy walking distance. The ocean pools are right across the street. We enjoyed whale watching, hiking and traversing the Island, seeing all the sites. Ludovic was a txt away and helped out whenever we needed! Our 8 day stay went by so quickly, but it was wonderful.

The kids loved the pool, was quiet place, and lots of space. the beds were comfortable, the location was good. the view from the kitchen was fantastic.we loved that we had three showers and toilets.

The home is very beautiful and the pool area was pristine and idyllic! Sao Miguel weather is unpredictable so be mindful it may be too cold to use the pool. The closest restaurants are about 10 minutes away in Caloura. This area is extremely quiet so you will want to plan accordingly if you are looking for things to do!

One of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Spotless, spectacular views, central on harbor, small grocery shop two doors down. This high rise property is a rarity in Ponta Delgada The apartment is lovely, with every convenience considered, from sewing kits to notepads tucked into bedside drawers, chargers, umbrellas, games, music, the list goes on. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of high quality cookware, plus cooking oil + basics like sugar + rice. Laundry works well. Parking included. Bruno is responsive and knowledgeable. He had great tips for the Azores. We did a family vacation with lots of hikes, surfing, hot springs etc. Would absolutely return.

The condo is beautiful and we enjoyed the deck and garden areas with the ocean view. The kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed for cooking and coffee. The beds were comfortable and I really liked the automatic shutters that blocked out light well for sleeping. The host was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the house next door is under construction and the noise was pretty loud starting at 8:30 am every day except Sunday. We spent most of the day time out of the house exploring but if there had been bad weather, the noise would have prevented us from relaxing/reading.

We absolutely loved this private, cozy house! We enjoyed the location right by the ocean, the privacy and walking the trails and the village. The hosts have clearly given much thought to the inside layout and amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds comfortable, the availability of a washer and dryer great for rainy weather! I have stayed at MANY airbnb’s over the years and Jorge’s property is in the top two of all (The other being in Mendocino, California). Jorge was an amazing host, the location was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, and the home was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone who will be traveling to Terciera.

This was a wonderful home. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishware. The location was so peaceful. I look forward to returning to this amazing vacation get-away!!

Beautiful view, enjoyed my coffee on the balcony in the mornings overlooking the ocean. Would not suggest this accommodation if someone in your party has difficulties with stairs. Was perfect for the 4 of us!

Amazing stay! Very much enjoyed a tour around the island with Goncalo’s father, (very friendly with a good sense of humour). We saw beautiful views from all the places he took us, enjoyed an Azorian stew at Furnes and a dip in a thermal pool. The hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome, my husband enjoying playing a game of paddle with the family. The apartment was as described, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. We did not hire a car but with the 2 day tour and walking around the local area, visiting beaches and Ponta Delgada (all walkable) we did not miss out at all. Good to get a feel for the local area & local people. Great to have the restaurant next door and the swimming area right outside the apartment! We would definitely like to return again.
