Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Azores

Wat een fantastische plek ! Alleen al de locatie is 5 sterren waard. Het wandelen naar het strand is inderdaad een afdeling/klim, maar 100% de moeite waard. Fijn dat overal horren voor de ramen zaten. We hebben geen last gehad van ongedierte. Onze host was snel en vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geholpen met tips over het eiland (er is ontzettend veel te doen), en zelfs een taart georganiseerd voor de verjaardag van twee van ons. Kortom, we zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Terceira. The north coast is very peaceful and quiet. The house is located within a few minutes of a small village with a grocery store and a few nice restaurants. The drive to the main cities is about 20 to 30 minutes. The house was just as pictured with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and tons of towels and linens. The pool and hot tub are lovely and clean with gorgeous views. There’s a fire pit and sauna available as well. The kids loved checking in on the chickens, peacocks and bunnies every day and also playing on the swings. Hugo was a great host. Always responsive and provided tons of great local recommendations. Overall a fabulous stay on this beautiful island!

We loved our stay in Ponta Delgada! Bruno's place was absolutely lovely. We were so impressed with how big and clean the space was! Bruno was incredibly kind and responsive which took away a lot of stress, and he offered some amazing recommendations for activities, restaurants, and places to visit, some of which were the highlight of our stay! We rented a car and had no problem finding street parking during our stay, which was super convenient. When we return to Sao Miguel we would absolutely stay at Bruno's place again!

Prachtig gelegen huis met mooi uitzicht op zee. Huis is zeer goed onderhouden en schoon. Cesar en Therese zijn hele goed gastheren. Alles was in huis aanwezig en dat is wel eens anders bij sommige accommodaties. Voor boodschappen moest je wel wat verder rijden maar dat vonden wij geen probleem.

Paulo was an amazing host. The property is beautiful and clearly handled with love and care. The views are stunning. From one side there is an ocean view and the other, a countryside view. Everything was clean and we had ample supplies. The hot tub was a nice bonus! Parking was across the street and very easy. Paulo is super responsive. I got sick and couldn’t find a pharmacy open as it was Sunday. He was at our door within 20 mins with a few options of medicine. I took it and was feeling better within 30 mins. The island was beautiful and if we return, we will definitely be staying with Paulo!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Rui! Das Haus liegt in einem friedlichen, ruhigen Dorf, wo nichts zu hören ist außer zwitschernde Vögel und gackernde Hühner. Der Balkon ist perfekt um die Aussicht aufs Meer zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr große Küche, große Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, schönes Bad - alles sehr schön und äußerst sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, um den ganzen Inselosten zu erkunden. Rui hat uns auch einige Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben, und war für uns immer erreichbar. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Vielen Dank!!

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Küche war 1a ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man braucht - inklusive Spülmaschine! Das Wohnzimmer mit dem Kamin war sehr gemütlich. Den Whirlpool haben wir nach anstrengenden Wanderungen geliebt und der Ausblick sowie die Ruhe waren sowieso unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation war super nett. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!

A fantastic lodging option away from the hustle and bustle of Punta Delgada. Nicely decorated. Lots of space to spread out. Great patio for relaxing and breakfast. A delicious breakfast brought over in a basket with fresh baked rolls, cheese, jam and fruit each morning. Such a nice touch and Ligia, the housekeeper, so sweet! Highly recommended, especially if you enjoy some quiet and solitude after your busy day.

Beautiful property, exactly as it looks. We shared the backyard with other guests, but enjoyed the shared experience. Quiet and peaceful place, just note the dogs next door may be barking, but it's fairly quiet with the windows shut. Would recommend the stay!

Ana Isabel et Reinaldo sont des hôtes discrets mais prévenants et disponibles. L’appartement est situé dans une maison et offre une vue magnifique sur le mont Pico. L’endroit est très calme et situé très près des commerces ou de la ville Horta. Le logement est très bien agencé et équipé et les chambres sont spacieuses avec de belles terrasses. Nous avons apprécié chaque moment. Merci encore à Ana Isabel et Reinaldo.

Es war wirklich sehr schön. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer. Kleine, aber feine Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht.

Todo genial. Muy accesible y facil de llegar. Cerca un aparcamiento gratis donde siempre o casi siempre hay sitio. Lo recomiendo 100%!

Karen était une des meilleures hôte de toute notre expérience de aibnb. le logement était propre et avait toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin. La rue est un peu étroite si vous n'êtes pas habitué de conduire aux Açores, mais vous trouverez un stationnement directement devant la porte. La situation est centrale sur l'ile. Je recommande chaudement.

Très belle maison charmante et bien entretenue. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour le BBQ extérieur, il y a également des tables pour manger à l’extérieur mais nous s’avons pu les utiliser en raison de la pluie. Il faut considérer que la maison se situe dans un bout de l’Île éloigné des principaux attraits (vignes, Mont Pico, ville de Madelena) et nécessite de bonnes distances de déplacement. Le quartier est très paisible.

Monica’s place was amazing! Being in ponta garça is perfect because you’re in a perfect location to get to multiple sight seeing cities in a short time! There’s two beaches straight up the road including the marina where you can dock the boats to visit the ilheu and other fun water activities. Very clean, provided lots of fresh towels and linens! The washing machine and the clothes line in the back to dry the clothes was so convenient. If you want a good loacation this is the place to go!

Staying at Banana Eco Camp was great. The last time I got to sleep in a cabin was probably way back at summer camp during elementary school, but I've never stayed in a cabin this fancy – it had a comfy bed and electricity. There was a kitchen with a dining area, a toilet, and a shower available, and we never had any issues with hot water. A great bonus was the café right there at the camp, where we could grab breakfast with a delicious local coffee. It was a really cool experience for us, and we'd love to come back again. Communication with the camp owner was excellent – he explained everything to us and happily answered all our questions. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Great host and great stay, close to the town of mosteiros. Host was very helpful in regard to setting up mobile WiFi. Very responsive and overall good stay.

Très bon séjour ! Atypique, nous avons finalement opté pour le chalet 4 personnes car la salle de bain et le wc se trouve à l’intérieur , l’espace y est plus confort ! Les petits déjeuners face à la mer sont incontournables! Marcel , Bernardo et Elysabetha son juste aux petits soins ;) Petit plus le régime de bananes à volonté est largement apprécié ^^ Petit moins , pas de plage baignable à côté .. mais des piscines naturelles à proximité.. je recommande vivement l’expérience.

Wonderful space, wonderfully located. Marcel was incredibly kind and the coffee shop was a fantastic way to start each day. Was great to meet some fellow travelers throughout our weeks stay as well.

Pobyt w kameralnym domku na farmie bananów to z pewnością unikatowe doświadczenie. Zdecydowaliśmy się na obiekt Marcela, ponieważ oferował coś zupełnie innego i nie zawiedliśmy się! Miejsce jest piękne, spokojne i ciche. Każdy domek jest właściwie zagubiony wśród drzew bananowców, co sprawia, że można odczuć dużo prywatności. Nasz domek (Maracuya) był niewielki, ale komfortowy i czysty. Wspólna kuchnia była całkiem nieźle wyposażona i regularnie sprzątana. Prysznice bardzo schludne i czyste. Listy udogodnień dopełniają ogólnie dostępne hamaki, w których można się zrelaksować wsłuchując się w śpiew ptaków (i nic więcej) i miejsce na ognisko z darmowym dostępem do zapasu drewna, gdzie spędziliśmy przemiły wieczór. Kontakt z gospodarzem był świetny już na wiele dni przed przyjazdem. Na miejscu musieliśmy tylko czekać kilka minut na pojawienie się Marcela przy recepcji, ale zaraz potem oprowadził nas po obiekcie i opowiedział o farmie. Gorąco polecam!

Banana Camp is tucked away just outside of town, right in the middle of a banana plantation – such a peaceful little retreat. We stayed in one of the cosy cabins, with four of us sharing for two nights. Marcel was brilliant – he gave us tips on exploring the island and even picked fresh bananas for us! We also learnt loads about how they farm bananas and other produce on the camp, which was really interesting. The cabin had everything we needed: super comfy mattresses, a small kitchenette, shower and toilet. There’s also a shared outdoor kitchen with the essentials if you fancy cooking. We loved the hammock area for relaxing, and the ducks wandering about added to the charm. Breakfast at the café was absolutely delicious – a lovely way to start the day. All in all, a great stay.

This was by far the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. Words cannot describe how beautiful the view was. The hosts were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The hosts gifted a bottle of champagne we enjoyed in the jacuzzi overlooking the water. Truly a magical place and I hope to be back!!
