In my spacious, cosy chalet, enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the Cathar Mountains, surrounded by forest and wildlife. The chalet is 45 minutes (35 km) from Carcassonne Airport. An English-speaking taxi service is available from Lespinassière. Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.
