Murat bey ve eşi Aslı hanım çok cana yakın ve her sorumuza cevap verdiler her şey beklediğim gibi oldu benim için hijyen ve korunak çok önemliydi çok güvenilir hissettim sadece havuzun sıcak havuz olmasını yapabilirlerse çok iyi olur hava bozuk olduğu zamanlarda havuz sistemi daha iyi değerlendirebilir... Yapabileceğim her şey mevcuttu temizdi mutfak eşyaları biraz daha özenle seçilebilir çok ama çok güzel harika bir Ramazan bayramı geçirdik ışıklandırma sistemleri de çok güzeldi ve her sorumuza cevap verildi veya bizim için yapılması gerekenler hepsi söylendi konum deseniz her şey ayağımızın altında idi merkezde mevcuttu.... Teşekkür ederim Aslı hanım tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle....

mehmet bey çok yardımsever ve anlayışlı biriydi üstelik gece gelip tüpü bile değiştirdi annesi çok tatlı bir kadın ve çok sevecen konaklamamız boyunca rahat ve güvende hissettik bir daha tercih ederiz ☺

Konum itibariyle merkezi bir yerde konaklama imkanı sunuyor, düzenli ve terkipli bir ev ortamı içerisinde 4 kişi rahat bir şekilde konaklayabildik. Tekrar tercih edilebilir bir yer.

evin fotoğraflarda göründüğünden farkı yok. küçük ama gayet yeterli ve kullanışlı. lokasyonu urla otogar tarafında, sanat sokağına yürüyerek 15, arabayla 5 dk sürüyor. merkeze bi tık uzak olduğu için gürültü vs. sorunları da yaşamıyorsunuz. hayal hanım da çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi, sorularıma hızlı yanıt aldım, check in check out saatlerinde esneklik sağladı.

İlandaki açıklamalara gönül rahatlığıyla güvenebilirsiniz. Evle ilgili tüm artılar ve eksiler açıkça belirtilmiş; neyle karşılaşacağınızı bilerek tercih yapabiliyorsunuz. Evin konumu oldukça sakin ve sessiz; şehir merkezinin kalabalığından uzaklaşıp kafa dinlemek isteyenler için uygun. Canlı mekanlara ulaşmak için toplu taşıma kullanmak gerekebilir. Konumu her türlü toplu taşımaya yakın. Sadece tramvaydan indikten sonra eve ulaşmak için yokuş çıkılması gerekiyor ( meşhur asansörü kullanarak yokuştan kurtulmanız mümkün). Ev temizlik konusunda hiçbir şüpheye yer bırakmayacak şekilde özenliydi; fayanslar parlıyordu, eşyalar düzenliydi. Ev son derece zevkli döşenmişti ve sıcak atmosferiyle hemen bizimmiş gibi sahiplendik. Hatta bazı günler İzmir’i gezmek yerine manzaranın karşısında evde oturmayı tercih ettiğimiz oldu. Cansu Hanım bizi bizzat karşıladı, çevreyle ilgili detaylı bilgi verdi ve özel ihtiyaçlarımıza bile destek oldu. Kendisi çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Teşekkür ederiz :) <3

You will find paradise here. Manolis and Loukia are some of the most thoughtful hosts we have ever had, and we have stayed at many AirBnBs. You feel like you are staying in your own home -- the kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, including local olive oil. The gifts of wine, ouzo, chocolates, and cookies -- so thoughtful! You can hear the sea from your bed. The courtyard is full of oleanders and other beautiful flowers. Steps away you can swim or sit and enjoy the sea from a secluded yard with comfortable lounge chairs. We spent our 20th wedding anniversary here and will never forget it. Thank you Loukia and Manolis! Θα βρείς παραδίσιο εδω. Ο Μανόλις και Η Λούκια ειναι απο τα πια σκεπτόμενοι οικοδεσπότες που είχαμε, και εχουμε μενουμε σε πολλες Airbnbs. Νιώθεις σαν μένεις στο δικό σας σπίτι -- η κουζίνα εχει απ ολα, σαν τοπικό ελαιόλαδο. Τα δώρατα (κρασί, ούζο, σοκολάτα, μπισκότα) -- τι ευγενικό! Ακούς τη Θαλασσα απο το κρεβάτι. Την αυλή ειναι γεμάτι με λουλούδια σαν πικροδάφνη. Μονο 100 μετρα θα βρείς τη θαλλασα να κολιμπίσατε, η μπορείς να απολαμβάνετε τη θαλλασα απο την κρηφα αυλη με άνετες ξαπλώστρες. Περάσαμε την 20η επέτειο του γάμου μας εδώ, και δεν θα σεχάσαμε σύντομα. Ευχαριστούμε Λουκια & Μανολι!

Κλείσαμε το κατάλυμα τελευταία στιγμή και η Athena μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ γρήγορα, απάντησε κατευθείαν. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο σε πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Ήμασταν πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Although I forgot my phone and caused a bit of trouble with communication, the host was very helpful and resolved everything smoothly. The house was bright, spacious, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need, which felt very thoughtful. While walking to Kokkari center and the beach was a bit far for me, it was just a 2-3 minute drive, and we easily found free parking in the center. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was a huge bonus! Waking up to the sound of roosters was such a charming experience. The bedroom had AC, a ceiling fan, and a standing fan, which was perfect since we prefer sleeping with the fan. Being pregnant, the bed was a bit firm for me, but still comfortable overall. The modern furniture was a big plus. The host left helpful local tips, making it a great stay for first-time visitors. We’d love to return after the baby arrives. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Konum olarak yürüyerek sanat sokağına çok yakın. Evin verandası çok keyifli. Tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü. Biz çok keyif aldık, hatta evden çıkmak istemedik :) Ev sahibi ile iletişim konusunda da sorun yaşamadık.

Evinizin rahatlığını aratmayacak ve tüm temel ihtiyaçlarınızın bulunduğu bahçeli bir ev. Bahçe özellikle çocuklar icin çok uygun. Internet son derece hızlı ki bu da evden çalışmak durumunda olanlar için önemli bir artı.

Nana gerçekten çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Bizi kek ve çay ile karşıladı :) Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar da çok temiz. Ertesi sabah gözleme ve omlet ikram etti, çok düşünceli ve ince biri. 1 gece kaldık ama bir daha gelirsem kesin burada kalırım :) Herkese tavsiye ediyorum :)

Öncelikle Görkem hanıma hızlı ve çözüm odaklı iletişimi için çok teşekkür ederim. Şehir kalabalığından kaçıp tek başıma kafa dinlemek için evde bir gece konakladım. Fotoğraflarla bire bir aynıydı. Merkeze bu kadar yakınken sessiz, huzurlu ve güvenli bir mahallede oluşu çok güzel. Ev gayet temizdi. Çalışmayan hiçbir şeyle karşılaşmadım ama karşılaşsaydım da büyük ihtimalle Görkem hanımın kısa sürede çözeceğine inanıyorum. Çatı katı ambiyansı, jakuzi keyfi harikaydı. Kış sezonunda şömine keyfi için yeniden kiralamayı düşünüyorum. Evim gibi hissettim gerçekten. Huzur dolu bir atmosfer.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine sehr ruhige Anlage/Wohnung. Es gibt kleine Markets für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir waren zufrieden. Der Meeresstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt dort ein kleine Lokal welches auch Strandliegen für 200 Türkische Lira (Stand 26.05.2025) vermietet und man kann dort auch zu Mittag essen. Wohnung, Bettwäsche, Küche Handtücher sind sauber. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder anmieten.

Yannis gaf de nodige tips (omgeving, restaurants) en het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf voor ons. Ofschoon zo vroeg in het seizoen nog veel zaken en terrassen nog niet open waren hebben wij ons goed vermaakt. De ruimte was voldoende schoon, fijn dat er in de keuken koffie en thee, kruiden en ander gemak klaar stond. Het komen op de bovenste verdieping vraagt om wat acrobatiek, hetzelfde geldt voor het terras te bereiken, maar we zijn nog 'jong', 65;). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkonnetje is geweldig, de geluiden prima te verdragen, de zon die ons bij het opstaan verwelkomt, de lekkere restaurantjes zo dichtbij, de vriendelijke mensen, het is geweldig allemaal!

14tägiger Aufenthalt, Alleinreisende, von dort aus Wanderungen unternommen, Strände gut zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, viele Einkaufsgelegenheiten, tolle Taverne direkt nebenan.

Iro’s home was outstanding. More beautiful than even the pictures could show. Iro is one of the friendliest, most caring and helpful people I have ever met. She is full of energy, loving, considerate and her home is filled with personal touches above and beyond any I have ever experienced before. I can’t wait to make my next reservation with her. I would give her and her beautiful home more than 5 stars if I could.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

We really enjoyed our visit. The host was quick to answer questions. It was very easy to get to the different places we wanted to visit from there. And the apartment itself was great!

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

Harika bir muhitte çok keyifli bir taril geçirdik. Ev içinde tüm eşyalar ve i kanlar yeterliydi. Fotoğraflardaki kadar güzel. Ev sahipliği için teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar ziyaret etmek isteriz

Nelli’s apartment is a perfect place to stay in Samos. It worths every penny you spent. The house is very well decorated and cozy with AC ‘s in all the bedrooms. Nelli was really thoughtful and left all the gifts for us. ( honey, wine , uzo, snacks, fruits) The house was equipped with everything that you might need. We really enjoyed our time in our holiday. I strongly recommend this place for your holiday.
