Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... mr. Mehmet was very helpful and understanding, and he even came and changed the tube at night, his mother is a very sweet woman and we felt comfortable and safe during our very caring stay, we would prefer it again ☺

the house is no different than it looks in the photos. It's small, but it's quite enough and convenient. the location is on the side of the Urla bus station, it takes 15 minutes by walking to the art street and 5 minutes by car. Since it is a click away from the center, you do not have noise, etc. problems. ms. Dream was also a very good host, I got quick answers to my questions, provided flexibility at check in check out times.

She was attentive to house cleaning in a way that left no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was very tastefully furnished and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. First of all: You don't need to think twice to book Manoli and Loukia's place if you want to spend a great holiday in Samos. Manoli and Loukia are not just great hosts, but also very friendly and lovely persons. Both of them were always helpful, gave us insider's tips and spent some time connecting with us. You can see that they love doing what they are doing. The room was exactly as it was depicted in the photos. As we checked-in we found a lovely little welcome pack waiting for us in our apartment. The room is a 10 - 15 minutes walk to the centre of the town (port-promenade). There are really cool bars, restaurants, and mini markets just a few walking minutes away. The apartment was clean and fully equipped and the neighbourhood calm. Our highlight was the beautiful, seaside garden where we chilled lying in the sun. It has its own access to the sea, so we had our privacy while we spent time swimming. We would definitely stay at Manoli and Loukia's the next time we visit Samos. We booked the accommodation last minute and Athena served us very quickly, she responded directly. The accommodation was spotless in a very beautiful and quiet location. We were very pleased with the stay and highly recommend it.

Although I forgot my phone and caused a bit of trouble with communication, the host was very helpful and resolved everything smoothly. The house was bright, spacious, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need, which felt very thoughtful. While walking to Kokkari center and the beach was a bit far for me, it was just a 2-3 minute drive, and we easily found free parking in the center. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was a huge bonus! Waking up to the sound of roosters was such a charming experience. The bedroom had AC, a ceiling fan, and a standing fan, which was perfect since we prefer sleeping with the fan. Being pregnant, the bed was a bit firm for me, but still comfortable overall. The modern furniture was a big plus. The host left helpful local tips, making it a great stay for first-time visitors. We’d love to return after the baby arrives. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very close to the art street on foot in terms of location. The patio of the house is very pleasant. All the needs were considered. We enjoyed it a lot, we didn't even want to leave the house:) We also had no problems communicating with the host.

We communicated very quickly with Mr. Mustafa and other friends. I found a positive answer to every question. I searched for flaws in the house, but I could not find the slightest defect. I enjoyed my barbecue in the garden, I rested with pleasure and tuum tiredness for 3 days. If I ever come back, I don't need to look for another place for the url. It was my only address

Nana is a really friendly and helpful host. She welcomed us with cake and tea:) We felt at home. The rooms are also very clean. The next morning, she offered pancakes and omelettes, she is very thoughtful and thoughtful. We stayed for 1 night, but if I come back, I will definitely stay here:) I recommend it to everyone:)

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her quick and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at the house for a night to get away from the city crowd and relax on my own. It was the same as the photos. It's nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The loft ambiance, the jacuzzi enjoyment was great. I'm thinking of renting it out again for the winter season to enjoy the fireplace. I really felt at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for everyday needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The sea beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 05/26/2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

This is a beautiful location, in fact you will see pictures of the split of land where the apartment is located on various promotional sites for the town of Kokkari. Very beautiful!

Iro’s home was outstanding. More beautiful than even the pictures could show. Iro is one of the friendliest, most caring and helpful people I have ever met. She is full of energy, loving, considerate and her home is filled with personal touches above and beyond any I have ever experienced before. I can’t wait to make my next reservation with her. I would give her and her beautiful home more than 5 stars if I could.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

We really enjoyed our visit. The host was quick to answer questions. It was very easy to get to the different places we wanted to visit from there. And the apartment itself was great!

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

We had a very pleasant taril in a great neighborhood. All the items and blood were sufficient in the house. Just as beautiful as the photos. Thank you for hosting. We'd love to visit it again

Nelli’s apartment is a perfect place to stay in Samos. It worths every penny you spent. The house is very well decorated and cozy with AC ‘s in all the bedrooms. Nelli was really thoughtful and left all the gifts for us. ( honey, wine , uzo, snacks, fruits) The house was equipped with everything that you might need. We really enjoyed our time in our holiday. I strongly recommend this place for your holiday.
