Mr. Peter is an excellent host. He is always attentive if you need anything. He showed us where each room was and the house rules seemed very appropriate for the peace of mind of all the people who were there. The house is very spacious and the rooms are very comfortable because each one has its own bathroom. The gentleman lives on the floor below, so if you need anything, he can help you immediately. Highly recommended, the place is close to the square and there are markets and wineries nearby too.

I felt very comfortable here. One of the most beautiful places to stay in South America so far. Super warm, flexible and relaxed. Pricing awesome, of course. Only the WiFi was a bit swaying, but probably fine in the community places.

the apartment is inside a hotel on the 4th floor, something that gives it a plus because they take care of cleaning and garbage collection every day. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms have soap, the dining room is very nice and comfortable, it has a window from where you can see the whole city, it has a wonderful view, the kitchen you have the necessary utensils, it lacks oil, but in the most part everything you need. The apartment is close to a church and three blocks from the Plaza de Armas. My family loved the apartment. If we return to Ayacucho, we will stay in this apartment again because it is great, super recommended.

Diego was an excellent host. We arrived at the house, which is very close to the main square (downtown) and everything was beautiful, it looked like a palace, I recommend it for group stays, as it has a kitchen and a living room to share lunches with a nice view. We were 100% grateful to Diego because he recommended the best places to visit, the best restaurants and also the weather, it was very nice to have that support during our stay in Ayacucho. We would come back a thousand times.

My friends and I were more than happy with the place. Lugar Nice, had everything indicated in her photos and more. Quite central and Alfredo was very kind to give us good recommendations of places and restaurants to visit, he gave us facilities for check-in and offered to store our bags, in what we expected the time to leave for the trip. All in all, we recommend it.

We recommend the accommodation, quiet area, accessible and close to the Plaza Mayor, the space is as shown in the photos. Fabrizio is always attentive to absolve any questions or queries. They allowed us to check in before the described time. The host is always friendly and helpful.

Teresa and Carmen are great hosts, very responsive, thoughtful, and hospitable. The apt itself is in a great location, close to everything, yet is off the street- so is private, and secure. I only recommend bringing earplugs, as the city center has it's associated noise pollution. The kitchen is small yet efficient, with a fridge/freezer, sink, double burner, stocked with a variety of pots, pans, kettles, and utensils. The kitchen opens up over a bar to the living room, making it feel much bigger. A lot of care has been put into decorating the apartment, with live plants, local art, and throw blankets. There is a nice living area with comfortable and clean couches, TV, Netflix, and stereo. Both bathrooms are quite nice, consisting of big showers with adequate water pressure, and quality linens. The rooftop area is divine. The bedrooms are spacious, with either a desk or closet, and include windows that open for ventilation. The beds are clean and comfortable, with extra blankets.

Quiet place, the host provided the amenities and the necessary support for our needs, the only thing missing is a hot tub and maybe a minibar, otherwise everything was fine.

This is the second time I have stayed here, everything is excellent. Jorge is always very attentive.

We are so grateful to have stayed at Gotardo's house. It is a house with a beautiful and spacious garden, with option to make a campfire, grill and even a water drop that makes the place unique. The house is as shown in the pictures, it has a dining room as for 8 people, a kitchen with what you need and is well lit. The rooms are comfortable. The main room has a nice garden view. We received the house very clean and had facilities for check-in and check-out. The attention we received was warm, Gotardo was very friendly, attentive and soon to our queries. We highly recommend staying in this house if you spend a few days in Ayacucho.

The place is located in a quiet and pleasant part of the city, it is a family home, the room is impeccable and very comfortable, the host maintained good communication at all times, likewise attentive family members at all times, I definitely recommend them.

We had a very nice stay during semana santa! Perfect location to discover the city center. Angela was a very good host, she gave us a lot of advice and even invited us to join her to a festivity! There were 2 very cute dogs at the property as well!

A perfect location very close to markets, restaurants and important downtown squares, as well as being a very safe location. The room has everything you need. Yacomo and his wife welcomed us into their home with great warmth and were always attentive to our plans, helping us with directions and tips. They're great hosts!
