The house is located against the mountain and offers a beautiful panorama from the roof terrace. Located in a quiet very good neighborhood with no through traffic. On the other side of the house, there is a shop with fresh bread, vegetables, drinks, in short, for your daily groceries, you only have to step out the door. We have space for free parking of 2 cars max.

Excellent accommodation, totally recommended and I would definitely stay again, the Plaza de Armas is a few blocks away, the place is accessible to several areas. On the other hand, everything I offered in the review is just as it is within the apartment at the same time that Gilbert is very friendly and attentive to his guests, if I have to return to Ayacucho, I will stay again in this Airbnb.

This is the second time I have stayed here, everything is excellent. Jorge is always very attentive.

A simple bedroom features a cozy single bed with light bedding. A small bedside table with a lamp is positioned beside the bed. A wardrobe with multiple drawers stands against the wall, providing storage space. The room is well-lit by a ceiling light.

The apartment was very nice just like the pictures show. Laura was quick to respond and was very patient. We underestimated our time of arrival and she was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was very nice and clean with all the amenities that were described. Her staff was also very nice and attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend Laura’s apartment if you are visiting Ayacucho Peru!

We are so grateful to have stayed at Gotardo's house. It is a house with a beautiful and spacious garden, with option to make a campfire, grill and even a water drop that makes the place unique. The house is as shown in the pictures, it has a dining room as for 8 people, a kitchen with what you need and is well lit. The rooms are comfortable. The main room has a nice garden view. We received the house very clean and had facilities for check-in and check-out. The attention we received was warm, Gotardo was very friendly, attentive and soon to our queries. We highly recommend staying in this house if you spend a few days in Ayacucho.

We had a very nice stay during semana santa! Perfect location to discover the city center. Angela was a very good host, she gave us a lot of advice and even invited us to join her to a festivity! There were 2 very cute dogs at the property as well!

I had a wonderful time with my family. The place is very quiet, quiet and very familiar. The host cared a lot about the details so that our stay was pleasant. His concern was noticeable about the cold, but we felt a lot of warmth and the cold went unnoticed. It is a spacious and nice house for resting. We went out to the tours during the day and at night we felt at home. Ideal for full families who want to get out of the bustle of the city. The Ayacuchano sky was an extra gift. My family says we slept like never before, as the silence was pleasant
