The place was very comfortable, clean, tidy, had everything, it is very close to the cathedral and the area is quiet, the owners are very friendly and attentive, definitely if I return to Ayacucho I would return to this apartment and the view from the last floor is very nice, we went with all my family and we will be back!!

Pedro's airbnb is great. Small, very comfortable, and above all clean. It is located in a very quiet area, close to commercial clothing and food venues. You can walk downtown in just minutes. You don't hear the bulla de la calle. A very good place to stay during Holy Week.

I felt very comfortable here. One of the most beautiful places to stay in South America so far. Super warm, flexible and relaxed. Pricing awesome, of course. Only the WiFi was a bit swaying, but probably fine in the community places.

1. We were a group of 10 people and there was room to spare for us to be comfortable. George provided us rooms according to how we needed to distribute us, that flexibility is highly valued. 2. The venue is a set of minidepartamentos that have a kitchen, bathrooms and clean rooms. Each with its own independent entrance and well equipped with its refrigerator or mini-bar according to the room. Ideal for coexisting and cooking if necessary. 3. The location is quite safe. It is located approx. 8 minutes walk from the main square, so there are quite a few places to eat and also to visit, such as the cathedrals or fairs that are usually organized near the center. 4. George is very friendly and so is his staff. They allowed us to check in and check out when we needed, avoiding long waits and discomforts. 5. In a highly recommended synthesis. It was my second visit to Ayacucho and I was much more comfortable than in my previous place. Five stars!

We are so grateful to have stayed at Gotardo's house. It is a house with a beautiful and spacious garden, with option to make a campfire, grill and even a water drop that makes the place unique. The house is as shown in the pictures, it has a dining room as for 8 people, a kitchen with what you need and is well lit. The rooms are comfortable. The main room has a nice garden view. We received the house very clean and had facilities for check-in and check-out. The attention we received was warm, Gotardo was very friendly, attentive and soon to our queries. We highly recommend staying in this house if you spend a few days in Ayacucho.

Mr. Peter is an excellent host. He is always attentive if you need anything. He showed us where each room was and the house rules seemed very appropriate for the peace of mind of all the people who were there. The house is very spacious and the rooms are very comfortable because each one has its own bathroom. The gentleman lives on the floor below, so if you need anything, he can help you immediately. Highly recommended, the place is close to the square and there are markets and wineries nearby too.

My stay was quite peaceful. The apartment is spacious, clean, very comfortable, located in a pleasant, quiet and safe environment. However, the best part is the hosts, Fiorella and Lili, as they were always very kind and attentive to make my stay fantastic and I didn't lack anything I needed, always feeling at home. 100% recommended.

Excellent host, everything as described. Good internet signal throughout the apartment, which helped me to be able to quickly address work issues when I was at the accommodation. Very attentive and concerned about providing good care. If I had to suggest something for improvement, it would be the solar water heater, because we could hardly have hot or warm water at any time of the day. Otherwise, everything was fine. Highly recommended.

CENTRAL LOCATION, NEAR THE MARKET, PLAZA DE ARMAS, CLEAN AND WELL-KEPT. THE HOST GUSTAVO IS AN EXCELLENT PERSON AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO SOLVING ANY INCONVENIENCE. EVERYTHING WAS AS DESCRIBED, AND WE HAD A NICE STAY IN THE PLACE, WITHOUT NOISE AND WITH ALL THE SECURITY. VERY NICE VIEW FROM THE ROOMS.
