The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Our simple house & beautiful garden are located just below an Iron Age hill fort, with stunning views over the Marshwood Vale & distant seas. The house, 4 miles from Lyme Regis, is light, clean, spacious & comfortable, w/ central heating, 2 wood-stoves & a lovely eat-in kitchen. We have an airy new double bed ensuite studio which can be rented for xtra £75 per night - still 8 guests max. 1 pet only. High season, generally 7 days minimum booking, change over day Friday.
