Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ávila

I think it was one of the best experiences I've had in recent years. We needed to disconnect and we did it. We were very sad to leave this spectacular, super cozy little house. The solid wood furniture is the best and I slept like a queen in the comfortable beds. I didn't want the hours to pass. Gustavo and his mother, the owners, were so kind and welcoming that we will hold them in our hearts forever. We love you family. Graciela and Justin.

We had a wonderful stay at Oscar’s beautiful house. It’s in a perfect location right by the river, and the house is enormous, much bigger than we anticipated. The bonus was the huge garden which was perfect for relaxing on sunny mornings. Oscar was super communicative and flexible with us and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. An unbeatable experience! Ainhoa's house exceeded our expectations. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset, when we could enjoy beautiful sunsets through the huge windows of the living room. The surroundings are very peaceful and the location is perfect for disconnecting and relaxing, but at the same time it is close to everything you need. The heating worked wonderfully, which made our stay very comfortable even in the first days, which were cooler. But, without a doubt, the best thing was the communication with Ainhoa. From the first moment she was very kind, attentive and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. We'll be back for sure!

Cristina's accommodation is even better than what is described in the photos. She was always very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely an experience to repeat!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The house is full of charm and character, both inside and out, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating such a welcoming space. Waking up each morning to greet the chickens and enjoy fresh eggs in the well-equipped kitchen was such a treat. The views are truly breathtaking—especially when the clouds clear and the snow-capped mountains come into view. The pool was a real highlight and perfect for a refreshing dip on sunny days. We also loved discovering the local area, with delicious meals at the golf club and Casa Pepe in the village. Thank you for a memorable experience—we’d return in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay here! We really enjoyed our hosts- they made sure to check on us and see if we were enjoying the stay. It was wonderful to be greeted with a homemade apple pie as well as fully stocked amenities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We spent a wonderful week in Salamanca. The apartment is exactly like the photos and description. It’s in a great location and very comfortable. All you need are your bags. The apartment has everything you need and the welcome package of goodies was a nice touch. We definitely felt at home for the week. We highly recommend Miguel Angel’s apartment.

Mi estadía en la casa de Marcelino fue mi mejor experiencia en Airbnb hasta el momento. Contó con todo lo que necesité y más. Es obvio que ha considerado incluso los detalles más pequeños para distinguirse. Marcelino es muy amable y hizo el Check-In facilísimo con su explicación. La cama es bastante cómoda, la casa entera estaba muy limpia, Marcelino me dio muchas recomendaciones para cafes y restaurantes y fue el lugar perfecto para unos días de descanso después de un viaje largo. Very pleasant stay in the apartment, the view is sublime, the location is very central and parking is easy. I would highly recommend it for a family!

Everything was fine. We went with dogs and 4 adults and no problems. Parking included in the heart of the historic center. Comfort above all. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Very comfortable beds. And the host was very helpful from the beginning. Thank you, it's been a perfect stay.

Spectacular house with spectacular views inside the wall. Large, beautiful, very bright and super clean. We ran out of hot water and the hosts were attentive and showed up right away. If I go back to Ávila, I would repeat without hesitation

We had a nice stay in the apartment. It was neat, compact and with everything you need. Beds were on the hard side, but that can be a personal preference. In addition, it is super central, so you can discover Salamanca. We were there when it got above 30 degrees during the day, but due to the floor cooling the apartment remained wonderfully cool.

The house is great, very good shower and bed... Also super close to mountain routes. The village is beautiful, the river, the callecitas con flores... Communication with Carlos is perfect.

Our best Airbnb experience ever. The apartment is in a building on the perimeter of the historical center of Salamanca. Even though we were at walking distance from the all the main attractions of the center of the town, which can be very busy at times, the apartment is remarkably quiet and peaceful. From the living room we had a lovely view of the ancient Roman bridge and the green park of the river Tormes. The interior is new, very luxurious and of high quality and design. Faguguri provided the best possible level of comfort. The beds, the kitchen amenities and the elegant bathroom are of the highest quality. Faguguri is a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive. She even surprised us on the last day of our stay by personally driving us to the bus station for our return journey.
