Vacation rentals with beach access in Ávila

Everything is perfect. Perfect environment for peace of mind. The apartment in very good condition. Clean and cared for. Great communication at all time. 100% recommended.

Quiet and private place.

We stayed 2 nights with our dog and honestly, to disconnect, I would go back. The house has almost everything and is very complete. What's missing can be found in the supermarket in the village, a 5-minute drive away. The dirt parking lot is literally in front. If you need anything, Walter is always available and responds pretty quickly. The only thing is that the wifi and mobile data due to the location of the accommodation are somewhat weak and don't work very well. But that helps you disconnect and hang out enjoying nature. A few meters higher up, there is a path where you can walk surrounded by nature. Of course, if you go with your pets, be careful with the processionary caterpillars because we have seen them in the area. Overall, we had a very good experience and I would definitely repeat. Quiet place, surrounded by nature to disconnect and do activities in the area (at the foot of the San Juan reservoir). The apartment is comfortable and beautiful, just like the photos. Unbeatable value for money. The host provided us with all kinds of information (restaurants, where to shop, directions, activities to do...) and answered any questions that arose, responding quickly. The apartment has complimentary products (coffee, oil, spices of all kinds, infusions, cleaning products for any type of surface, towels, hair dryer, hygiene products...). It has electric radiator heating, a paraffin stove, a decorative fireplace with heat emission, and air conditioning. The terrace is not lacking in detail, ideal both day and night. The lighting in the house and spectacular terrace. 100% recommended. We will definitely be back as it has been a very rewarding 4-day stay.

the place was comfortable to spend a few days if you are a long stay then you need for example more kitchen utensils,an oven etc the apartment and the furniture is old and needs improvements that I imagine will be done over time. they are very friendly and are aware of what you may need although we did not want to bother as we have been in much worse places we were quite well we would repeat again because it is quite economical with the prices you see in the village

The house is exactly as described. The house is modern and the plot is very beautiful. Total intimacy and with the necessary amenities. Stunning views. The only one would be that there is little kitchenware, like pots and pots, and since there are no restaurants nearby, you end up eating almost always at home.

The house quite well and is in a very beautiful environment. The deal with David was direct and decisive when necessary. Totally recommendable.

The stay was wonderful, it exceeded expectations. It's a very spacious house with good social areas in a wonderful neighborhood. Too bad it's so hot in the summer. We'll be back for sure.

A house to enjoy friends and with all the facilities for children to play. We were in winter, we missed some firewood to be able to heat the house since if we set all the radiators at the same time the light was going, something normal for the area. The house was beautiful.
