Vacation rentals with a patio in Aviemore

Had a lovely few days at Evelyn’s place. Clear instructions on how to find and enter the property. The property itself was immaculate, and in a great location, peaceful and a short walk into the centre of Pitlochry. On street parking was always available. Would recommend and will definitely be back 😊

Our stay was wonderful, the interior was beautifully designed with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The space was clean and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable and location was convenient and easy to get around from. Highly recommend!

Verscholen in de straat en dus een heerlijk relaxed onderkomen!De ontvangst was extra grappig met een mooie tekening van Eve, 3 jaar oud, n zwaai van Rose en n lik van Bonnie, de hond, kortom hartverwarmend! We hadden graag bijgeboekt maar helaas, de volgende gasten stonden al geboekt. Wij komen graag hier volgend jaar terug!

Appartement très grand, facile d'accès, arrivée autonome avec une attention particulière, la possibilité de goûter le whisky Highlands Black et des petites douceurs ! boulangerie et boucherie à côté pour de très bons produits! et la coop à côté. facile d'accès, pratique pour se garer. très bien situé pour notre périple 😁 pas de nuisance avec le pub à côté. Appartement en bord de route, la chambre ne donnant pas sur la route ce n'est pas gênant. A noter un(e) voisin(e) au dessus, que l'on entend si on se réveille après lui/elle. Jane a été réactive pour nos échanges.

The accommodation is large, cosy, very well equipped and very well located. A 5-minute walk to the beach, bakery and restaurant. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. A really great flat, I can highly recommend it.

Incredible stay and will definitely be back again! Beautiful, clean, fully equipped, private rental. Hosts were amazing, friendly and had great communication and local suggestions. They made our stay more than comfortable and we look forward to being back again soon!

Nice, very quite and spacious flat in a nice house just around the corner of the city centre. Really enjoyed staying at Duncan‘s place!

We had a fantastic stay - the house generously caters for adults and children, with plenty of space for everyone across the various reception rooms. We were very lucky with the weather so fully enjoyed the back garden seating and hot tub. The house is located in a great position, lovely views, plenty of parking, close to town (walkable) and access to local woodland walks. Great little park for the kids just 1 minute walk from the house too, a really well equipped, comfortable home from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Aviemore and made seamless by basing ourselves at Sarah’s house. Thank you would definitely stay again!

We had a short but lovely stay at Julie and Spencer’s place! We felt at home right away! The place was very very clean and comfortable and close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Julie and Spencer were very helpful and responsive. The neighbours are also very friendly! The only small setback was that we were expecting bunk beds, as that was what was listed when we booked. When we arrived, there was a small double bed in its place. However, it was a minor inconvenience in the grand scope of things. We would highly recommend this place to those wanting to stay in Inverness.

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist sehr schön in der Natur gelegen und ruhig. Mit dem Auto kommt man gut zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Lieblingsplatz war draussen auf der kleinen Terasse, mit der schönen Aussicht und dem rauschen des Baches. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Great place with tons of room. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the cookies, teas, cereals and milk, it was a very nice touch. We definitely needed to stay longer!

This cosy cottage was ideally situated for the city and surrounding area - plenty of areas (beaches and forests) for walking - we particularly enjoyed Lossiemouth, Findhorn, Burghead, Roseisle, Cullen, Nairn and Spey Bay - the whisky trail is near by too - all in all Elgin is a great base to explore - Kate has been very helpful and easily contactable - the cottage was great and had everything you would possibly need - a real home from home - we are already planning a trip for next year and will have no problem booking this accommodation again

My family where lucky enough to be able to stay at Birchwood this week. The property is amazing. If you are looking for a quiet location, but with good access to all that the Cairngorms has to offer, then this place is perfect. The property is furnished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. Kitchen is well equipped, with everything thought of and provided. The grounds are secure, but if you want direct access to the woods, then you can have that too. My family loved heading out each day, then returning to relax in the comfortable lounge with the log fire. It became our home from home. Our hosts were very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions. We really hope that we get a chance to return.

Sian's house is lovely. Very clean and comfortable with very good outdoor sitting area/garden. It's very convenient for the village and local sites. Walkable to Urquhart Castle. Co-op and Italian restaurant just around the corner. Lovely pizza at the Italians. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We easily located Clematis Cottage but the parking instructions were a tad contradictory. Simon cleared it up quickly and we had no further issues. The cottage was as described and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Lots of water pressure in the shower. The hob requires you to hold the on/off button which we figured out….finally! Google didn’t help with that one. We always sleep with windows in the bedroom open so be aware that the road is just outside the front door and you do hear traffic. I’m a light sleeper. My husband wasn’t woken by it. The back garden is absolutely stunning. We would absolutely stay again.

This is a lovely place to stay with amazing views over the water. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We were able to park outside no problem and took a bus in to Dundee for the day- there is a bus stop on the street. Would love to come back on a sunny day and sit outside in the garden and look out to the water. There are a lot of steps to the property and in the back garden so probably would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues but for us it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay in Susan's lovely flat. Everything was so clean and quirky with all the little nods to it's location. The welcome hamper was such a welcome unexpected surprise too. We found everything really well appointed, the standout for me was the separate bath which has become increasingly rare nowadays wherever you stay. The private garden and parking space too was a boon, and again, hard to come by in properties at that price point. I also appreciated the supering size bed, as we will not stay anywhere with anything less. Thanks Susan and The Property Girls for a lovely stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

ich würde gerne 6 Sterne vergeben. Eine wundervolle Unterkunft, auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. das selbstgebackene Brot war sehr lecker. Danke dafür. Die beiden wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das vielleicht Beste AirBnB was wir jemals hatten.

Don’t know if others have mentioned it but Alyson has everything stocked in the flat you will ever need. If you’re cooking in, then you’re covered with pans and baking paper etc. Forgot your shower gel, well there will be some in the vanity unit. Want a 2am tunnocks, nice little jar of them by the kettle. Place is spotless and perfect for a stay in Pitlochry. Extra mention for noticing one of our coats being left hung up in the downstairs bedroom and letting us know so we were able to turn round and come back for it.

Excellent stay - red squirrels and deer spotted in the garden during our visit and a very cosy spot to relax after a day's walking in the mountains. Pitlochry is a little touristy but the place is nicely tucked away, access to a supermarket was very helpful and the location is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Ben Vrackie is walkable from the door and there are plenty of great hikes to choose from with a quick drive. Lyn and her husband were helpful and welcoming hosts but mostly left us to ourselves, which was perfect!

Easy to follow instructions everywhere you might need them. Great book to learn about the area and to get recommendations. Amazing communication and we look forward to coming back in the future

Great place to stay. Off the beaten track for a peace and quiet but close enough to the centre. Highly recommended!
