We stayed at this beautiful Swedish house on the lake in mid-October. We loved it, the surroundings are quiet, you can go hiking and fishing. We can also highly recommend the autumn there, everything is even more cozy. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. All in all, it is recommended to venture the way to this secluded cabin, here is an unforgettable holiday ahead!

We had an amazing week. The house is perfectly planned and the view of the lake is magical. You don't want to go back home:) There was no bathing weather when we were in place (the dog was swimming though) but I can imagine it's super cozy to take a swim during the summer and when the dock is in place. We stayed three months in this beautiful house. We had a great time, saw many animals such as rabbits, deer, deer, woodpecker, many birds and eagles. Only the 🫎 was missing😂 but we saw it otherwise when we were traveling in the area by car. Unfortunately, the winter was not as cold as we had hoped, but it was still beautiful and in the end we were still able to go ice skating often⛸️ Otto was always available when we had questions, we got the confidence to be guests there😌🙏

We had a great time in the cozy cottage in the beautifully set-up park. It is in a beautiful waterfront location. Our cottage was almost directly on the water, which we loved. We enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and boating. We cherish warm memories of the kindness and hospitality of Deyana and her family. Our youngest son and his nephews had a really nice time with Deyana's son, Victor. Victor played with them a lot. A big hobby of the boys. The last night of our stay, together with their fathers and Victor and his nephew, they played football on a beautiful football field near the center of the village. A very nice end!

We spent five days in Maria’s beautiful home and absolutely loved it. The house is wonderfully cozy—there’s a fireplace upstairs, plus a second room with another one and spare bed. We adored the authentic Swedish character of the place, especially the kitchen. Maria was warm and welcoming, offered excellent local tips, and was always helpful. The location just outside Leksand is ideal, with plenty to see and do nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.

Kenneth is a great host and the house is amazing. It is fresh, peaceful, clean and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is big enough for 3 families and at a perfect distance from Stockholm to explore in and around Dalarna. I appreciate Kenneth’s consideration to ignore one of the toys that was a little damaged by a kid. Will come again!

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and very quiet – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house is super cute and cozy, and the host was very friendly and flexible with the check-in. One small thing to note: the winter garden with the big table for 8 people isn’t heated, so it can get a bit chilly in colder months. Also, the stove is a bit slow. But overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is stunning—remote, private, and peaceful. The house is beautifully designed, very clean, and well-equipped. Each of the four bedrooms has a spacious bed, likely queen-sized, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful additions, making our experience even more relaxing. Mattias is an excellent host—friendly, communicative, and helpful during the whole time. He gave us a thorough tour upon arrival. Overall, everything was great, and we had an amazing time. Highly recommended!

Stina and Jörgen were hosting really welcoming, interesting and accommodating. They made our stay special thanks to their kindness and confidentiality. The house was cozy, with everything you may need in perfect order and cleanliness. With an ancient and charming style, but new and functional appliances. The area is very peaceful and pleasant, near Ludvika's lake and the hosts were available in providing us maps and routes from the area. Thank you very much for everything! ☺️

Second time my company and I rent the cottage. Very cozy location and it was served on the solid with birds chirping the spring in honor. Nice sauna with lake view. Fully equipped kitchen and good with sleeping arrangements. Good communication with the hosts and flexible check out if possible.
