Swimming opportunity on the farm at the guest jetty, fishing from shore or from a rowing boat that can be borrowed. Access to two canoes (shared with one other cabin further away on the property). Cozy terrace with evening sun and views of the Dalälven river. Sauna is down by the water (shared but can be booked)

Large villa with spectacular lake view in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy the morning sun as evening sun and an amazing sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. An hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice wax bathing as much as we do, are awake open all winter.

Indoors there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and wifi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot bathes in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the jetty. Firewood and canoe are on site for a fee. A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

We had a wonderful stay in this nice and cozy summer cottage with a fantastic lake view, where we celebrated our daughter's graduation reception. The cottage was well-maintained, fully equipped and very homey, and we really appreciated the personal treatment of the host, really nice people. Both we and all our guests were super happy and got lots of positive feelings, and went home with many nice memories. We can highly recommend this cabin and would be happy to come back!

Nice accommodation. Quiet and peaceful location. Matched the description very well. Can give our very warmest recommendations to this home and this host. Was a long time since we woke up so well rested. An extra plus for the heat pump to run on the cold and that we had to use the family pool just outside the cabin.
