I can’t say enough about how enjoyable my stay here was. Chad was kind and responsive, the effort put into making this a comfortable stay was the top level. Very thoughtful host, provided amenities that made you feel right at home. From someone that stays at Airbnb’s exclusively, this is the type of host I wish every property had.

Extremely satisfied, would definitely stay again

This quaint place is soooo homey and comfortable you'll never want to leave. It has a charm we have long since lost and a nostalgic trip with modern amenities. The theme is simple, country, and general store with re-purposed bits of barn, fence, roof, brick into a comfy, open air patio with fiesta lighting and plenty of seating and mixing area perfect for a party or a romantic getaway for two. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with icemaker. Bed was so comfortable I slept through first alarm! Summer tip: sit outside at dusk and listen to the sounds of the evening rise from Delaware Creek. Clarksville is a historic with 5 generations of Clarks including an American Revolution veteran buried a few blocks away. Janet will make it right and is the perfect host: responsive, courteous, and the can-do person you deserve as a host.

Martin’s place had everything we needed. It did rain while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space, but hopefully we can return one day and catch that experience. Perfect space. Would definitely return.
