Apt by Røds beach

Enjoy here by the beach in beautiful Larkollen. We have created a new apartment in our house, here in the nicest place we know, and we can't wait to share it with you. Here is plenty of space for a family or adult group of friends who want to enjoy the weekend. The place is perfect for winter swimming with a subsequent sauna inside. Put on your bathrobe and go straight down to the dock. If someone wants to be here for a little longer, a wonderful quiet place to stay is a wonderful quiet place to stay. With lovely nature just outside the door.

In this newly built delicate apartment on Larkollen, you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the tranquility of the summer. The apartment is an extension at the end of my own house, where you have a 25m2 apartment all to yourself. You have your very own undisturbed terrace with evening sun, private entrance with only 600 meters to the sea. (8 min walk.) There is plenty of space for two people in a brand new and exclusive Hitra continental bed 150 cm. Good internet connection also makes this place perfect for workation. Free parking.

Saltholmen with sandy beach, rocks, marina and coastal trail is only 7 mins by car. 5 min. to great golf course. It is 15 minutes to Fredrikstad and cozy old town, an experience in itself. We have stayed with Ida several times and would love to come back. Lovely cabin with everything you need. We enjoy ourselves very much there, it is a cozy atmosphere and a great location.
