This place is our sacred go-to spot when we want to get out of the city and immerse ourselves in nature. This place has special significance for our family because it was here that as a child, we would spend whole days watching over the cows, reading and dreaming as the sun moved across the sky towards dusk. We have recently completed renovations, adding solar & central heating and we would love to share it with people who are looking for a unique experience in an unexplored region of Portugal.

Excellent area for hiking, as well as enjoying the baths in the Igrejas River that runs through the village. At Christmas, enjoy our Festa dos Rapazes. We do not serve meals, but I accept shopping upon request and list. However, there is a typical restaurant with a regional menu 50 meters away.
