Located in the center of Sefaköy, the location is very central. The room is on the 4th floor as in the photo. When you close the window, the room is very quiet. Clean tidy room I don't know if there is internet wifi or not.

Strategic location to TUYAP exhibition hall. 10-15mins walking distance. One downside is the exit to TUYAP bridge only open after mall open which is after 10am. But overall not an issue for us if we choose to take a taxi towards TUYAP only cost us around 120-150 Turkish Lira. Overall, strategic location. Super kind and responsive host, clean stay

Easy to get to and with transportation everywhere

Our stay was really perfect! The house was as advertised or even nicer. It was extremely clean, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. All our needs have been considered, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment and the beds were quite comfortable. It was also in a great location; transportation was easy and there were plenty of amenities around. Our host was very caring and helpful, quick to respond to any questions we had and went out of her way to make sure our stay went smoothly. We really felt at home here. I usually do a general cleaning myself, but this apartment was well cleaned. Only for this you can already give a high rating. Silence at night is very important to me and I did not hear the neighbors in this apartment. Good security, which is also important. I needed this area, so I knew where I was going, but if you are a tourist, then this location will be far from the center. There are no shops in this residential complex yet, it is not very convenient if you do not have a car, it is also impossible to walk to the nearest supermarket, only by bus. Keep this in mind. There are not many kitchen utensils in the apartment for long stays, but I bought more myself, what I needed, as I planned to take it all home. The apartment turned out to be slightly larger than in the photos, the kitchen in life is more cozy than in the photos and in general the apartment is more aesthetic in life, which also pleased me.
