The Villa is on 1st floor with a private entrance and the entire 4bhk is private including the balcony and whatever is given in the photos , accept the garden it will be shared , but there is lot of space like there are 2 different gardens nobody will invade your space , we keep same nature of guest on both the floors , if there is a family we make sure the ground floor is also booked by a family or vice versa,a sufficient place for bigs groups at least 10 people can fit,max 12 with exta charge

We booked Papai Villa for a family of 9 people for a 2 night stay. The best thing about the place is the location, just behind Mapro Garden. The property can easily park two cars. The villa is very no-frills kind, but it was more than enough for us. The rooms all came with attached bathrooms and was overall clean and tidy. The villa has an equipped kitchen in case anyone wants to cook their own food. However, there are lots of options in terms of local restaurants at walking distances which we utilised. The host was courteous over the phone and shared the contact of the caretaker Mr. Vijay Jadhav who was very friendly and helpful. He took us to a nearby strawberry garden where we were able to buy the fruit at a steeply discounted price. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. We would definitely recommend booking here.

Rahul’s place is around 10-15 mins away from the city centre but very conveniently located. The peaceful surroundings adda up to the natural beauty. The view is simply breathtaking. Rahul was very responsive and catered to all our needs. He is indeed a very nice and helpful person. One thing that requires a special mention - The Food! Simply awesome. Highly recommend this place at Mahabaleshwar.

About Rahul: Other than for asking address and asking for kitchen/cooked food, we did not interact with him. This is because the caretaker took care of the rest. About the place: The upper floor was part of airbnb. So we had 3 rooms and a sit out for having food. Two of the rooms have amazing view. The third room borders another house and does not have a view. The location is quite scenic. A few steps and you walk to the edge of the valley and can see beautiful sunrise and sunset. The rooms, linen & most imp. the bathrooms are v.clean. Now don't expect 5 star luxuries. The place is very safe. It is isolated but that is what we wanted. About the food: The caretaker Sunita takes good care of you. Very punctual. If you ask for food at 8:30 it will be there. Food is of excellent quality. Though we did not try non-veg, and stuck only with Marathi dishes. The food is served fresh and hot. Most importantly Tea is also very nice. Overall not for luxury, great place to chill with family.

I had a delightful experience at this AirBnB! The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to arrange a birthday cake for us on short notice. The view from the top floor was simply stunning. The caretaker prepared delicious food, and the pool was impeccably clean. The property and lawn were well-maintained, adding to the overall charm. Plus, Mahabaleshwar is just a 10-minute drive from the villa. I would definitely love to visit again!

Astounding ! I had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and the caretaker Amol made me feel right at home. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The place itself was huge and had a royal feel to it. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I know I’ll be back in a couple of months.

Wonderful stay. The villa was very beautiful. The pool was also amazing and very clean, not like your regular chlorine infested pool. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate. Even the caretaker was very helpful and sweet. Would highly recommend this place for family.
