There is a large pool to share to enjoy the sunny days. The municipality of Lamagistère is located 15 km from Agen -47-. Nearby you will find many shops, restaurants as well as the Walygator amusement park 20 min away. The nearest train station is less than 1 km from the property.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

Adjacent to our house, the "nice" loft (40 m²) welcomes you on a farmhouse that has become a cool and friendly living space. Wooden loft ideal for nature lovers (animals, pond, wood). Towel linens provided despite the message when you book bug! Toilet and bathroom separated by a partition but everything else is designed as a loft with curtains between the 2 night corners and the kitchen corner! This loft is exclusively for you...!

We offer a studio with one bedroom and a bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate an extra person. You will also have a bathroom, toilet, living room with TV and kitchen. A large green space with barbecue, pétanque court and pool awaits you. You can also enjoy nearby woods for a hike and visit famous places. Located not far from the highway, 5 minutes from Golfech and 20 minutes from Agen.

Perched in the canopy of a forest overlooking a wild valley, this comfortable cabin equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with dry toilet is perfectly suited to nature lovers or anyone looking for tranquility. STRICTLY NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. Absolutely none. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.

This comfortable and spacious house, located between Gers and Tarn-Garonne, will offer you the quietness of the countryside close to all amenities, to spend pleasant family vacations. We prefer family rentals. We refuse to allow our home to be used as a venue for parties and events. These are strictly prohibited.
