A small but well appointed apartment on a quiet street in a building with lots of charm. Americans may be initially perplexed but eventually delighted to find a small dishwasher under the oven. Separate washer and dryer —unusual in Europe to have a separate dryer—was a great advantage after several days in a hotel. Well decorated and comfortable with good light.

The Renaissance in the heart of the historic center

This was a lovely place to stay in Beaune and the host was excellent. The instructions with pictures made finding the location and entering very easy. The parking was quite close to the apartment and an easy safe walk. There is parking close to the apartment for loading and unloading. Everything was very clean. The location was very central to all the things to see and the park across the street was nice to visit. The host also provided a history of the town and suggestions for places to eat and visit via email in advance of our trip, which improved our planning.

Great hosts! We booked very last minute and they were still able to accommodate us. Laetitia met us for check in and was so kind and showed us around the building. Very clean, lots of space, and great little view. Has everything you’d need if you were staying a while or even just a short trip. They have recommendations of things to do nearby too! Would definitely stay here again.

The Workshop is located in the historic heart of Avallon and everything is nearby: shops, market, services. The accommodation is on a quiet street and offers an impressive space and volume where you feel comfortable (it's cool to play pool with your teenager who tends to appreciate the sofa :-)). Everything is clean and functional. Whether you're visiting for a day or more to visit the area, Corinne and Jean-Michel are considerate and respond to all your requests.

Well renovated, clean and well-equipped accommodation with good restaurants nearby and Sunday market right in front of the door, which was convenient, The place is very beautiful and quiet, Semur-en-Auxois offers beautiful walks in a quiet environment and in communion with nature.

Spacious and modern apartment, beautiful environment overlooking the Saône, our grandchildren had a great time. Numerous parks in the vicinity and a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian area and the heart of the city. No problem parking the car outside Note: 2 floors to climb by stairs (small children or elderly people) We highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Chalon!

The host was extremely responsive and available throughout the stay. Very attentive, he was flexible and accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times. Claude greeted me in person, despite my late arrival time. The place has a separate entrance, parking in the yard near the entrance. Tastefully furnished and decorated, very well-equipped. Excellent bedding. In short, you can go there without so much as a second thought!!👌

The apartment is located in a peaceful area, the owner is responsive and the schedules were flexible which allowed us to spend New Year's Eve calmly. It was good overall. the only downside was the cold that was felt despite the radiators being on at maximum… The experience can be more pleasant during the beautiful days with a walk in nature nearby, a real little plus! Nice accommodation and good location for sightseeing in Autun or outdoors, clean and well-equipped. Very good communication with Jean-Michel, the small touches were appreciated. The gloomy weather did not allow us to enjoy the area, but it was still a nice discovery.
