Un accueil chaleureux par Marianna, un cocon douillet où l’on se sent bien, moderne et décoré avec soin. Tout est beau et fonctionnel, tout est fait pour rendre notre séjour en Vénétie encore plus agréable, plein de petites attentions pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Dante se souciait que rien ne manquait.. on a beaucoup apprécié cette délicate attention. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes et loft bien situé pour rayonner. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.. pour une prochaine escapade vénitienne 🎭🇮🇹

An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Alles super, Wohnung wie beschrieben. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Wir sind mit zwei Autos angereist, was auch kein Problem dargestellt hat bzgl. Parkplätzen. Ca. 10 Minuten bis zum See und Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Federico war immer erreichbar bei Fragen, sehr netter Kontakt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub ☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Torbole. Der See und die Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war gepflegt, sauber und an Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Insbesondere der Balkon ist zum frühstücken perfekt! Max ermöglichte uns sogar früher ein- und später auszuchecken. Mit seiner hilfsbereiten Art hat er unseren Urlaub bereichert.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, was echt super war. Die Lage war sehr schön, leider war das Wetter nicht gut genug, um mehr auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Die Pizzaria im Ort macht echt gutes Essen.

Wir haben wunderbare Tage dort verbracht. Missian ist klein, aber fein. Das Haus ist mehr als empfehlenswert. Es sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Das Wetter war für uns grandios; viel Sonne. Aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter hätten wir uns in der Wohnung bestimmt wohl gefühlt. Einfach herrlich.

La casa è davvero bella, curata e dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è perfetta sia per esplorare la natura che per visitare le città vicine. Nonostante la tranquillità della zona, ci sono ristoranti e supermercati a pochi passi, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente comodo. Thomas è un host eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e attento. Come benvenuto, ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino locale, un gesto davvero apprezzato. Consigliamo caldamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia una base confortevole per esplorare la zona. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell'alloggio "Studio" per qualche giorno. Si tratta di un monolocale, arredato con gusto e con soluzioni intelligenti per sfruttare al meglio tutto lo spazio. L'angolo cucina è essenziale ma attrezzato con tutto il necessario per prepararsi la colazione e qualche semplice pasto. I veri punti forti per noi sono stati il giardino, godibilissimo, e la formidabile vista sul lago, sempre fruibile dalle ampie vetrate. La privacy e il buio sono garantiti da grandi tende oscuranti. I rumori esterni si percepiscono abbastanza da dentro l'alloggio, il quartiere tuttavia è molto tranquillo, specialmente durante la notte, e quindi questo non ha costituito un problema. Gli host sono stati molto disponibili e presenti, senza mai diventare invadenti. A loro va un ringraziamento di cuore. È stata una bellissima vacanza e se ce ne sarà l'occasione ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare!

Maria Teresa is an amazing host, very polite and reacts fast to messages. The Appartment and the view are even better than the pictures can show, very clean and it felt cozy as soon as we stepped in. For people who want to calm down for a few days I can definitely recommend. A lot of possibilities for hiking all around! We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone e gli spazi sono risultati ideali, comodi e conformi alla descrizione e alle foto. Fabian ed Emira, sono stati entrambi molto reattivi nelle comunicazioni e ci hanno prontamente aiutato con le problematiche che abbiamo avuto. La posizione della casa è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere entro le mezz’ora di macchina sia la città di Limone che quella di Saló.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Valéry et Vita. La résidence est très agréable, nous avons bien profité des jeux, de la piscine et de la table de ping pong, et nous avions une très belle vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse de l’appartement 😍 Valéry est très disponible pour donner des conseils et vraiment très gentil Et le secteur est vraiment très agréable pour profiter du lac, le bord du lac est top pour se balader / courir / faire du vélo Et il y a aussi plusieurs via ferrata que nous n’avons pas testé (possible de faire sans accompagnateurs si vous avez votre matériel , nous avons vu beaucoup d’adeptes) Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 🥰

A fantastic property with the most amazing views! We had a lovely holiday at Helen’s property as a family. Helen was so friendly and gave us great recommendations. We would love to go back again. Tobole had some great restaurants and we enjoyed visiting other towns in the north of the lake by boat and on the bus.

Maria was a wonderful host! She even had a table set with Prosecco, lemon tarts, flowers, ballon’s and streamers when we arrived in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary!! The home is like out of a storybook. Tastefully decorated and cozy. The terrace was a great place to relax while enjoying views of the lake. Maria recommended a wonderful restaurant that was a very short walk from the home. It was so good, we went there twice! The only negative is that we only were there two nights. Our next visit will definitely be longer!

l'appartamento di Fabrizia corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e alle foto. tutto funziona alla perfezione, nessun problema, zona tranquilla, parcheggio sotto casa. orario entrata ed uscita flessibile. qualche ritocco qua e la andrebbe fatto per modernare l'ambiente come divano e cuscini più comodi. per il resto assolutamente nulla da dire. terrazza con vista incantevole e risvegli vista cime innevate da ricordo. c'era più di quello che abbiamo trovato a disposizione in altri appartamenti, essenziali in bagno e cucina che fanno la differenza, e oltre. di sicuro torneremo quando saremo in zona perché siamo stati tutti veramente bene. grazie Fabrizia.

Simone ist ein sehr netter und guter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und er stand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Für die Umgebung konnte er uns tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen geben. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee und die Berge. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hochwertig und modern. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen und würde es definitiv wieder buchen 👍🏼☺️

Wunderschöne, moderne und grosse Wohnung die Top ausgestattet war. Tolle Badezimmer und viel Platz. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der beheizte Pool ist einfach nur super. Wir konnten deutlich früher einchecken und der Vermieter ist super erreichbar und kommuniziert davor schon vieles. Wir hatten eine tolle und unkompliziert Zeit.

Wir können diese wunderschöne Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist super mit einem grossen Garten und Pool. Die Wohnung war sauber und für unser Kind war bei der Ankunft ein Babybett sowie Kinderstuhl bereit gestellt. Ausserdem wurden jeden Morgen frische Brötchen gebracht. Die Kommunikation mit Gabi war immer schnell und freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder gehen.

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. The hosts responded to messages very quickly , provided a lot of useful information , were responsive and interested in solving problems. We had an amazing time at this apartment . Sebastian was very helpful and quick to answer to all our queries . The surroundings are unreal , the views are impeccable , and the whole atmosphere in general is very quiet and peaceful. L'alloggio di Lucrezia, fedele alla descrizione, è molto comodo. Le due camere sono molto ampie. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per 4 notti per sciare per qualche giorno; la casa è calda e accogliente. La fermata dello ski bus, frequente, è vicinissima all'alloggio, praticamente sull'altro lato della strada: con questo in 5 minuti si può raggiungere la funivia di Daolasa e in meno di mezz'ora, partendo da casa, si può essere pronti per la prima discesa sulle piste in un comprensorio meraviglioso! La casa è ben accessoriata; noi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
