Hillside Apartment with Lake View Terrace

Breathe the fresh mountain air from this secluded escape. The flat boasts beamed wood ceilings, an all-white interior with touches of color, unique artwork throughout, and an outdoor lounge space with panoramic views. The apartment is in the old village of Castello surrounded by the olives trees, it is really charming. The old village of Castello is totally pedestrian that's why the parking place is not under the apartment, but it is 350 meter from the apartment. The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen and a wide terrace that you are gonna love. Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy. The house has a bedroom with a king size bed with a window with a beautifull view over the lake. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people! And of course you will have access to the terrace that has a beautiful view on the lake At your disposal there is also an equipped kitchen with a direct access to the terrace :) The bathroom is big and the shower spacious As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal. Normally the checkin is between 15 and 19 but in case you have problem with the plane or just your plan, let us know so we can find a solution :) Unfortunately as we already sad, we can not be there for the check-in, and we are really sorry for that. But to let you know a bit of your host we prepared for you a little guide where you can find some information about us and some advice (restaurants activities ) that we want to recommend you. if you want we can send you this guide per mail so you can organize better your journey :) The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby. The closest bus stop is in the village of Porto ( 5 minute walk ) e from there through the street on the lake shore you can reach all the village on the lake. During summer with the bus you can reach also Verona. the bus line you can use are this: 164 - Verona - Peschiera - Garda 165 - Verona, Garda 483 - until 16 ottobre 2016 - Malcesine - Garda - Peschiera - S.Benedetto 484 - Riva - Malcesine - Garda you can check the time table on the tav site. Just to let you know during high season on the lake there's a lot of traffic so there could be a lot of delay. That's way we always suggest to travel with car if possible. The closer train station is Peschiera. As the house is located is a pedestrian area the Parking place is not under the house but is located more or less 150meter from house The house is located on the first floor of the house so there are some stairs The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. You will fall in love with the old road surrounded by the olives trees. Just to let you know the road that bring you to the lake is very short but it is a bit steep. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby.

The cabin is rented in exclusive privacy to those who book it, the property is built in an old farmhouse on the under roof that was once used as a barn. The hospitality proposal is focused on the theme of tradition that offers a unique vacation experience for the use of fennel and its scent as an element of warm welcome. Rest is conceived in antique wooden beds. The farm has 6 beds,is equipped with every comfort,is very spacious because it is arranged on 160 square meters.In addition we have a large garden with barbecue area and outdoor table chairs and deckchairs.Always in the garden in the cottage there is an internal stube covered in wood equipped with a wood-burning kitchen. The farmhouse (main accommodation) is divided as follows :you enter turning right you enter the living room which is very spacious where there is a sauna, sofa, fireplace and TV, You will find the first double bedroom and a bathroom,going up the stairs you will find the first mezzanine where there is a relaxation area and a play area separated by a romantic tent. Returning to the entrance, turn left and cross a corridor where the second bathroom is located, continuing the very large kitchen and a second bedroom. Going up the other stairs is a third room on the mezzanine. The rate includes all heating,wood,linens, etc. You will find some basic things in the kitchen such as oil,vinegar, salt, pepper, spice sugar etc...Outside there is a large fenced garden but with an open part for the entrance. Here you can find a barbecue,table, chairs, and sun loungers. I recommend the farm for those looking for relaxation,tranquility (you are 2 km from the village so also comfortable), for those who love to walk the countless trails, those who love to walk on the countless trails,those who love snowshoeing or simply those who want to enjoy the farm and the beautiful garden Guests booking the farm enjoy the house which is arranged on a single level and two mezzanines , has spacious bedrooms simple, comfortable but functional and are equipped with two large bathrooms so that each couple can have their own spaces and their own privacy , the kitchen is spacious and spacious and also the living room with sauna and fireplace i will not be available during the stay as I do not live there at the farm but for any information I am always there. The landscape is characterized by small rural houses located on a slight and sunny slope. There are various restaurants and huts with typical cuisine. Many trails in the surrounding area have become hiking or cycling trails. Tips and activities : Cross-country skiing (4 km loc. Redebus) - Ski mountaineering - Snowshoeing - Wellness and relaxation (nearby QC TERME Pozza di Fassa)– Swimming pools - Wellness centers. Summer activities: Nordic Walking – Tennis - Mountain Bike – Climbing - Canoeing/boat/pedalo/surfing (Lake Levico and Caldonazzo about 12 km) - Ice skating (ice rink of Pine baselga at 10 km or in Canezza 6 km - Paragliding - Forest Park - Fishing Fersina river or lakes mentioned above - Mushroom collection - Orienteering – Educational farm - Horse riding – Via Ferrate - Hiking in the high mountains. At 20 min by car you can reach the lakes of Caldonazzo and Levico where you can find several activities for families with children. We are close to the ski facilities the nearest Alpe di Cermis 30 min and the Panarotta 20 km approx. During the winter we are very close to the Christmas markets of Pergine,Levico and Trento. In summer going down about 8 km you will find the cycle path that winds along the lake of Caldonazzo and continues along the river Brenta and then get to Bassano del Grappa; you can take the train for the return trip. The farm has a large lawn of property with an area dedicated to barbecue and garden for activities of pleasant relaxation and outdoor play. Complete the context the garden of property rich in colors and scents of flowers and plants. The area is fenced for the safety of the little ones.

Spacious, Air Conditioner, Few Minutes to the Castle

This is a beautiful elegant apartment with hardwood floors and antique furniture. There are 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with king-size bed and private terrace/ patio, second bedroom with two twin beds that can become a king-size bed and with direct access to the big terrace, the third bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined if necessary. There is plenty of closet space, ideal for six . A cot and a high chair are available upon request, for no extra charge. It has two bathrooms, both with a new big shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area, and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy dining and sunbathing. The large wraparound terrace is furnished with dining table, eight chairs, and three long chairs. The garden belongs to the condominium but rarely there are other people ( only 5 apartments and 4 of them are rarely occupied ). You can enjoy the garden and pick the ripe fruit directly from the trees , in season. The care taker will be available for informations regarding the house and the area. The property is located 5 minutes walking distance from the center of town, which is home to a number of great shops, restaurants, markets, a pharmacy, and beaches. It is also 3 minutes from the cable car. We can arrange taxi from and to the airport or other destinations. The house has 1 parking space included in the price. An additional parking can be purchase for 40€/week. This is a perfect place for guests that needs peace and yet it is a very easy, short walk to the center of town.

The apartment is in a beautiful little mountain village. The view is spectacular from 3 balconies. The cleanliness in the house was above average. There is a free public parking about 300 meters away. But you can drive to the house, the path is narrow but it is possible. Communication was always perfect, all questions were answered immediately. The furnishings are very good, the only complaint is that there are no dish towels, toilet paper, salt & pepper and oil & vinegar. That would be desirable, as you rarely bring this to a place to stay.

I have to say that this apartment added a lot of color to our trip. When we returned to this sweet cottage after skiing on the snowfield, it healed our fatigue from the day. Both the host and co-host were very patient and showed us the location of various facilities on the map on the day of our check-in, including supermarkets, garbage cans, cable cars, etc. This was a great help to us. Everything in the house is so lovely, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean toilets, everything makes us feel happy. Hope to have the opportunity to return to Dolomiti and stay in this lovely apartment again.

Stayed here for a week for two people. The stunning views of the lake and mountains range was spectacular to wake up to each morning. Gated private drive felt very secure. The apartment was clutter free and enough space for our bags and belongings. Very short wake to the lake front. Local restaurants and spar was very convenient. Can’t really fault this stay. We had an amazing time

Simple but bright apartment furnished with materials that recall a modern mountain design. Equipped with all services (washing machine included). Strategic location ( in the village of Pozza, close to all amenities) in the center of Val di Fassa. Great relationship with the Host. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very nice and well laid out apartment. Furnishing extremely coordinated and tasty. The kitchen was also very well appointed. The location is amazing! For the construction site next door we were refunded 10% in advance - which was absolutely fair. The only downside was the lack of hint that the pool was not open in May. But it wasn't a problem as the lake can be reached within minutes. Thanks again for the nice days.

The house was exactly as described. 2 bed 2 bath with a sleeper sofa. Kitchen amenities were wonderful and looked brand new. We really appreciated the mix of italian power sockets and german power sockets, very helpful for travellers. The place is conveniently located 10min from Canazei/Marmolada. We ski'd the whole week, and while we drove everyday for ski school, the bus stop was just down the street. The resort had storage lockers for equipment, so we were able to keep the apartment uncluttered, but if we had 5 sets of ski's plus boots, it would have been crowded. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions. We did have to pay local city tax in cash. All in all our experience was 5/5; I would recommend for future stays.
