We had an amazing stay during our weekend in Bolzano! The place was exactly like the photos, super clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the host was super kind and friendly to us!

This place was above our expectations. We immediately felt at home when we arrived. All the amenities were there and its very close to the city centre, but far the street and surroundings are very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment kept what we were promised about the listing, it is simply fantastic. There is nothing missing, even a sports mat is there. You can tell that there is a lot of passion in this apartment. If the weather is not so great, you can enjoy the day at the apartment. The location is very central, so you can explore Limone on foot. Jörg personally stopped by and greeted us. He has a very pleasant and open manner, so he immediately liked us. Communication with Cincia also worked great. We enjoyed our stay and will be very happy to come back.

The place was clean and in a great location. I think at least hand soap could be available. Otherwise, great communication with the host - easy going and responsive staff. We were happy to use the offer to rent a kayak or paddleboard for an hour included in the price of the accommodation. I recommend!

We are a family with 2 children, 3 years and 6 months, we stayed for a few days but we felt right at home. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time with family. Annette was very helpful before and during our stay. We'll be back for sure and I highly recommend it, a one-of-a-kind place.

Amazing place to stay and unwind from a week and a half of playing tourist. Just what we needed to relax and refresh.

Absolutely gorgeous setting on lake Garda. We spent almost all our time in and around the apartment. We cooked our own meals - the kitchen allowed for this and had some really nice pots and pans. A small comment: there were no fabric tea towels or salt and pepper / oil. If you plan to self cater, you may want to bring them. Martina's communication was super friendly and fast, and she brought us salt when we asked :) We'd love to come back.

The highlight is the view. Simply crazy and fantastic!! The apartment lacks nothing and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and responsive. The location is very and perfect for switching off. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. It feels very local as there are no tourists and instead many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

Super friendly and thoughtful hosts! Valentina was also really helpful in recommending places to eat and hiking, and for us who were at our first approach to trekking it was very reassuring! The house is very clean, super equipped kitchen (we were 2 days and it was too bad we didn't use it for two herbal teas), super bathroom even provided with soaps, deodorants, disinfectants, and other bathroom products. Comfortable private parking under the house. In short, to say top hospitality! Thank you Valentina, we will keep your beautiful Sassolina in consideration for the next trips! ♡

Wonderful place, just on the beach! It was amazing! Great for families!

We slept here for 2 weeks with twins of 4 years, a baby and a dog. I have often gone to this place on vacation, but I have never had this view. I had already seen on the map that it is between 2 roads, so I expected noise from the cars but was not disturbing. The garden is beautiful and also very big. The dog and the kids could play nicely without us having to worry, everything was fenced. The house is old, but personally I like that. We lived mainly outside, but when we were inside we were able to see the lake from every room. The only downside was that we had to take the car for everything. It was too dangerous to walk on the busy road (with dog or children all the way). We'll be back next year! Certainly subject to repetition❤️.

Pure relaxation! The place is clean, perfect for couples and offers everything for a nice, quiet and restful stay. The location is also great, as is the environment. Nearby there are several restaurants as well as a bar and a small ice cream parlor, all within walking distance. Erika is a very good and pleasant host. Small tip- It produces on a beautiful property about 25 minutes by car from the accommodation, excellent olive oil and honey. We highly recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed, and the host was wonderful and very helpful. The view from the terrace was magical, overlooking Lake Garda and the mountains. The location is very convenient, right in the center and just a minute away from the ferry station, which makes it easy to visit other towns around the lake. There is just one thing to consider: directly under the windows, there are restaurants, and if there is a party, it can get quite noisy from the side facing the lake. On the street side, you can also hear another restaurant. This only happened one evening during our stay, and earplugs can solve the issue. We also went downstairs, and they promised to finish by midnight. However, this did not spoil our overall impression of the apartment, the city, and the beautiful lake. I definitely recommend this place and apartment.

Johann's beautiful villa is located directly on a beautiful bay of Lake Idro. We felt very comfortable. There is everything in the house you need. Johann and his wife are very likeable and helpful. Before the start of the trip, we received the most detailed and very helpful information and tips on arrival and the house. We thank both of them very much!

Central, beautiful location, spotlessly clean, all amenities available, spacious and modern apartment. Mattia was always friendly and extremely helpful. We felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely like to return. Thank you Mattia!

The location of the apartment was excellent and close to Riva de Grada by 10 minutes by car, there was a private parking in you and close to the apartment, and there is a bath raft👍. The only disadvantage that I can mention is that we have to move the waste of the apartment to a remote location on the other side , and this matter has been clarified by the owner of the apartment. We felt very welcome and comfortable with Sara. Our dog also got along very well with Snoopy, the farm dog. The location is a great starting point for activities, whether hiking in the mountains or a trip to Bolzano for shopping and eating.

The apartment was great and Campione is a special place with all amenities no more than a couple of minutes away. We will definitely return another time.

Definitely the best location ever. Like everyone said, very much center of the city but bedrooms were relatively quiet. The Appartement has everything we needed. The good separation of the rooms, a modern and clean bathroom, a nice kitchen and a parking lot. The bakery downstairs was the hidden charm. Within 5Mins on foot we could reach so many nice restaurants and bars. Elena gave us all the clear information about the staying which made our check-in/out easy. And she gave us tips about where to go and eat. I can say that her Appartement made our time in Riva dem Garda so much more enjoyable. See you another year then!

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

Very nice location, apartment is very well furnished, there are plenty of parking spaces nearby and the shops for everyday needs are very close. Carlo is an excellent host, very communicative, always answered my questions very quickly and to full satisfaction. The apartment is almost in the first row to the lake, but facing away from the lake side, which does not detract, because the lake can be reached in a few steps. We had very nice days there!

Superb from start to finish. The location was stunning, the apartment ideal for our needs, the hosts incredibly responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
