Our stay was great. The home was cozy and peaceful. It felt calm and serene, simple but had everything we needed. Perfect location for driving distance for things we needed to do. Rafael was above and beyond with communication. He responded promptly with every question I had and he was super cool about everything. His home had a loving satisfying feel to it and it made you feel so relaxed, as if you were in your own home. I'm definitely staying there again when I can get back to Atlanta.

Overall, a really good experience. My family loved this house and left wishing it was ours. The place was easy to find and the communication from the owner was excellent. Flexible check-in/check-out without any issues. The house is simply gorgeous, with 3 bedroom and plenty of space and beds to accommodate even up to 10 people (with some creativity). There are games and other entertainment available. There is central A/C which keeps the house very cool. There is a patio out back with BBQ equipment and a huge backyard. The balcony in the upstairs bedroom is amazing, as is the master bedroom and the huge bathroom. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has multiple coffee machines and everything else you would ever need. Parking is not an issue and there are restaurants and supermarkets minutes away via car. If you can afford the price tag, you will simply love this house.

Stayed here for a long vacation with our toddler and it was just what we needed! Big enough for our baby to run around and was so easy to baby proof, which if you have kids you know is a huge deal! Sheri was so responsive and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more!

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

Quiet, clean, and relaxing. I have never stayed somewhere that felt more like home! The Chic Bungalow is a gem and was perfect for our trip. Ideal location for any place to eat, and to visit with family. DID NOT want to leave! Would stay here again and again! Taylor is amazing and attended to every need. Big PLUS is fenced in yard for doggo. She loved it! Will definitely be returning.

A very wonderful and comfortable place with heavy glass shower doors and modern features like comfortable theater seats for watching movies or tv. And a nice kitchen area even though I did not use it when I was there. The host was very responsive to small suggestions I made to the place.

Evan is an awesome host. He was proactive in communicating about the information for our stay and checked a few times if we need anything. We were there for a few days for family getaway and this is a great place. A quiet, peaceful and serene neighborhood. We enjoyed our time there and hope to visit again in future.

I have stayed at dozens of Airbnb's and I also rented a vacation home for several years. Anthony's customer service, responsiveness and attention to detail were the best I have experienced. All the amenities he provides and his thoughtful gestures were amazing. I would 100% recommend his place to anyone. Location is fantastic, the house was spotless and the parking was plentiful. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was so clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. My only small gripe is that there aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms. But honestly, everything else was amazing! I booked it the same day and was able to check in right away, which really highlights how quick and efficient the host is. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

The apartment looks just like the photos. Easy parking, comfy king bed, very clean, very fast Wifi, easy to work from home. It was situated perfectly between downtown and suburbs; which is exactly what we were looking for during our short stay.

We needed a place close to Smyrna while looking for and buying a house. Found one quickly but the closing process took time so this place was good for us to be able to cook. This fit us and our dog perfectly.

Had a great stay! Plenty of space (we had 6 adults and 2 children) and the kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. Neighborhood was very quiet plus being able to walk to Publix, Walgreens was convenient. Community pool was nice also.

This was a perfect place for me and my husband! We enjoyed our stay very much! He was quick to respond about the A/C acting up, even offered a little solution to our problem! This was just the best experience we have had with AIRBNB!

Kurt and Sheila maintained constant communication during the 2 month stay. Very responsive to messages and friendly. I would recommend the location based on the convenience of stores and restaurants. It was very close to the office and is pet friendly.

The place looked just like the pictures. It was very accommodating for my family. I would stay again when in Atlanta.
