Next to the bathroom and the kitchen is a room with 25 m2, equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. Washer and dryer are available in other rooms of the house. From the windows you see in the bog meadow. One looks only to the green, but 'two-minute walk to mittendrin' Dammtorbahnhof, 3 minutes walk to the Alster, directly adjacent to the hotel' Grand Elysee ', where you can use the spa area with swimming pool or in the evening meet in the various restaurants. It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
