Very roomy and clean house. We loved the location and beautiful surroundings. It was a perfect place for us the spread out and relax. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. My husband was just in complete awe of the waterfall view from the yard.

Olaf, Your place was amazing, the scenery was breathtaking — but your kindness, and hospitality were second to none. Really a fantastic location if you’re wanting to vacation in Flåm. We took the train from Flåm to Myrdal Norway - Zip line to bikes - and then biking to Flam. We had lunch at the restaurant on the water in Undredal. Unbelievably beautiful. Thank you Olaf, you helped make our trip truly special!!

From the apartment we had a beautiful view over a mountain with a waterfall. it is a really spacious and neat house on a beautiful location. The owners are really nice and helpful. Our 2 your old son also enjoyd himself with the trampoline and other toys. There are lots of good hikes on a short distance, flamsbana and the nærøyfjord cruise are also nice activities.

Kristine und die ganze Familie Haugen inklusive Hund Alma sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Da wir schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir draußen grillen. Das leckere Fleisch haben wir direkt von Kristine und Odd aus derem lokalen Betrieb gekauft. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit! Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

We loved staying at this charming house. The house is right on the water and placed in a small town with a little grocery store and delicious restaurant (have to try the brown cheese). We were also a drive away from many of the neighboring cities, with a lot of goat sightings on the drive in. Cannot recommend this place more!

Thorvald’s listing is absolutely beautiful! The home is nestled on a farm and sits on a valley between mountains. Thorvald was also extremely helpful in providing transportation information to and from the Airbnb - Flam Station. Bonus - Several friendly sheep and one friendly cat live next door! Thank you Thorvald! We hope to come again soon!

The house was perfect, very spacious, beautiful views, the host was very nice and friendly. The sounds of the river are very peaceful there. Excellent location minutes to the Flåm tourist/activity station. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great view of Brekkefossen from the unit. Place for a car on the property. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking implements. Dining table seats 7. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the center of Flam. Very clean and nice. Anna-Lise is nice and friendly.

We had a great stay! Such a lovely apartment! Paid parking available in multiple spots around the neighbourhood so that was nice and easy. And all our activities within town were walking distance (sauna, breakfast and dinner). Only a 12 mins drive to Flam. Would definitely stay again :)

Very beautiful and idyllic location! The most beautiful view I have ever seen out the window of anywhere I’ve stayed! Very responsive and helpful when we forgot something and we were helped very quickly.

Turid had our Airbnb ready early per our request as one of us wasn’t feeling well. It was much appreciated. When we got off the ferry, we looked at directions to get to the Airbnb and it was literally right there. We loved our stay in Åurland. The Airbnb was very comfortable and looks lovely, modern and new. The living area was quite spacious for the 5 of us. It was super clean and very convenient to anything we wanted to do in the area. It’s also very quiet. We originally tried to stay in Flåm, but nothing was available. We were actually glad that we ended up in Åurland as the Airbnb was so nice and it was so quiet and peaceful.

The apartment was great, totally our taste. Decorated with eye for detail. We also walked the 1.5 km up the hill at the back of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and when we need to be in the area again for sure we will look if still available. regards Antoon

Wir haben sechs unvergessliche Urlaubstage im Haus von Linn und Frode verbracht. Aurlandswangen und das Haus sind als Startpunkt ideal, um die herrliche Landschaft und die schönen Orte in der Region Aurland zu erkunden. Das Haus liegt ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Aurlandsfjord. Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles erscheint neuwertig. Es bietet viel Platz. Linn und Frode sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber: Alle wichtigen Informationen zur An- und Abreise sowie zum Haus werden rechtzeitig ohne Nachfrage und sehr gut verständlich gesendet. Linn antwortet auf Fragen sofort. Außerdem bietet Linn immer wieder ihre Hilfe und auf Wunsch auch weitere Informationen zu Urlaubszielen in der Region Aurlandswangen an. Eine sehr nette Überraschung bei unserer Ankunft war die handgeschriebene Begrüßung und die beiden Flaschen des hausgemachten leckeren Apfelsaftes! Wir können Linn und Frode mit ihrem Haus vollster Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for NYE! This place was amazing. It is a bit of a walk from the actual tourist parts of Flåm but it’s worth it. We got really nice views and the walk was enjoyable! Mar was very helpful during our stay with recommendations and her place is well maintained! Highly recommend, if I come back in the summer, I’m definitely staying here again

Imagine lying in bed, listening to the relaxing thunder of the valley waterfalls cascading downwards, drowned out only by the occasional bird song. Pull yourself out of bed, and enjoy a steaming cup of fresh pressed coffee while gazing down into the aforementioned valley, watching as the farms slowly start coming to life as the sun makes it way over the mountains. Imagine no more, as all this is a daily occurrence at Valentina's place!!! We were fortunate enough to have two nights at this peaceful retreat, enjoying every second there. It is located approx 4km from the center of Flam, which is wonderful when there is a 3000-berth cruise ship in town. The unit is located on the ground floor, beneath the owners house, but has its own entrance. It has a well equipped kitchen, dining room, and comfortable lounge area. The bathroom is compact, but fully functional, with great shower pressure, while the bed is the stuff that dreams are made of!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna’s place. The Airbnb was spotless and the kitchen had every utensil you could need. The beds were so comfortable too! The views right outside the Airbnb were breathtaking. The Airbnb is a short distance to downtown Flåm - perfect location for anyone trying to explore this area. Finally, Anna’s hospitality was top notch - we felt right at home the moment we arrived! Thank you Anna for being such a spectacular host! I give this Airbnb and Anna my highest recommendation.

We loved Trude's place. The view is stunning we took pictures every morning of our stay because it was irresistible. Grocery right next door and 15mins drive to Flam. Trude always responsive to our questions. Highly recommend booking Trude's place.

Our stay at Nat’s was a delight! The views from the first-floor apartment are simply magical. Nat was super friendly and offered helpful suggestions for our visit. We also checked out Flåm and Gudvangen briefly, but honestly, Aurland was our favorite of the three - and had the best views of the fjord. Food options in town are limited, but there’s a grocery store nearby, and Nat has a fairly well-equipped kitchen where we were able to cook a few dinners. We hope to come back someday!
