A parking space is reserved for you as well as a sheltered parking space for bicycles, motorcycles and trailers. You will have a private enclosed garden with direct and autonomous access from the living room.

For one night or more, you will be a few steps from the center of Saint-Léonard. You will stay in a large studio located in an old building made of half-timbered accessible on one level. On the banks of the Vienne, you have access to the garden, the terrace, and the banks of the Vienne for walks. You can park your bikes and motorcycles safely.

Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Private outdoor space. 2 steps from Auzette Park (children's games, start of walks that will take you along the banks of the Vienne). You will be a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral and its picturesque neighborhood, and from the city center. A bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. Nearby, you can walk to a convenience store, bakery, pharmacy. Supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.

If you have a vehicle, parking is easy and free around the accommodation. A public charging station is located 100 m from the building

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.
