Staying at Maguy's Airbnb was a wonderful experience. From the start, we were welcomed with a hot meal and a bottle of wine! Throughout our stay, we enjoyed fresh-squeezed orange juice, and handmade cakes, muffins, and served fresh fruit. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and bright with natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. The bathroom was spotless, with the sink and shower heating up quickly. Maguy was very friendly, talkative, and used a translation app to communicate. She gave us great tips and advice. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to a transportation hub in République. Despite some graffiti and a diverse mix of social classes, the neighborhood was safe and bustling. A short walk away is "Du Pain et des Idées," one of Paris’s best bakeries, and is a must-try. My mom and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Maguy's Airbnb for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location!

Anne’s place is amazing. Very clean. The location is great, very close to Montmartre and metro station. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby - not to mention this place is very beautiful

Nathalie was a fantastic host throughout, very laid back when we needed to check in late, or to leave our cases after the check-out time on the last day. The apartment is literally a minute's walk from the Metro station, with big airy rooms, a piano and lots of books if you want to practice your French. I have to say though that Nathalie's English is much better than my French! Third floor, so it might deter people with mobility issues, but this was not a difficulty for us. Merci bien Nathalie!

An exceptional location, quiet and close to restaurants and the basilica, in a pedestrian area. One upstairs bedroom with all amenities to be comfortable. And above all, very welcoming hosts, who helped me in the choice of my itinerary to reach Paris on foot, and with whom I was able to discuss theater and escape culture. A very nice meeting, which I highly recommend.

We had a great stay in this lovely little apartment. It is very easy to access, is above all well placed, in a quiet area. Thanks again to Aymeric for being so kind and responsive to all our requests. We would definitely recommend to stay at this apartment!

Catherine is a very welcoming and kind person. Our bedroom (and house of course) was super clean, in a very quiet house and near buses to take the metro and get to Paris.

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

Thank you for a great days in Paris. Morgan was always helpful, available, and flexible. He was so gracious and we always met a smile when he was ready with a nice breakfast. The place was in an incredibly nice area, and despite the nearby nightlife venues, it was always quiet and calm at night. A small room, with a very small bathroom but everything was fresh, clean and newly renovated. So unless you need some space, this place is perfect. Will be happy to come back. Thank you.

The hostess’s warm welcome made us feel right at home, and the little gift was such a lovely surprise — thank you! The morning croissants, pastries, and jam were truly a lifesaver during our packed schedule. We’re especially grateful that she offered a takeaway option — it meant a lot to us. It’s a pity we didn’t have enough time to sit down and chat over a meal, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Paris! And most importantly — the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the Eiffel Tower right from our bed, which made waking up and falling asleep each day feel magical. There’s also a shared rooftop terrace upstairs with an even more expansive view. I’m so glad I chose this place for my first stay in Paris. I really hope it’s available again next time!

The 4 days I spent in Paris with my brother at Philippe and Emmanuel's were excellent! The apartment is already superb, but for me, who is not used to sharing the space with the owners, it was a successful first experience. Philippe is the best host you could hope for. Welcoming, helpful, heart on the hand... it is also very interesting to chat with him. The icing on the cake, learning that I used to have a lemon juice every morning, he went the same day to look for it especially for me. Rare attention that deserves to be highlighted. The apartment is exactly as warm and cozy as shown in the pictures. It’s in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and within 30 minutes you can easily reach top attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Tuileries Garden, and the Louvre. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is peaceful and very safe. The guest room was spotless, equipped with smart devices that perfectly suit young travelers, and the bathroom was spacious with a full set of high-quality toiletries. One of my favorite features was the large balcony where you can relax in the sun and even catch a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. Catherine and her family are incredibly thoughtful and communicative hosts. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I felt very welcomed and cared for—from before I arrived to the day I left. Catherine offered detailed advice about transportation, reminded me about the weather, and even prepared a warm dinner for me when I when I arrived late at 10 p.m.—it truly felt like coming home.

Good location, light walk to the train station. Sandrine gave tons of good local recommendations for visiting, dining, and exploring!

Great atmosphere! Very nice hosts. You felt like staying with good friends. The public transport connection was excellent. The host actively supported us with all questions about the practices in Paris and public transport and gave us valuable tips. Super delicious breakfast - fantastic terrace with a fantastic view of the Seine. From the room we could admire the illuminated Eiffel Tower and Montmartre in the evening. Paris experience like a movie! We were at home with real French and enjoyed the time very much!

Charming historic house with modern amenities. Isabelle was very friendly, helpful, greeted us and showed us the functioning of the house. House was clean. With coffee and tea provided. Safe neighborhood. Location next to major attractions. Isabelle is a great host. Highly recommended

I stayed in this place because of a flight being rescheduled and it was really peaceful. Eléonore even put me in a different room to make sure I wouldn't have to share the kitchen and bathroom space with someone else for most of my stay which I appreciated so much. Check-In was super easy and a lot of nature is closeby. It's also just a 15min taxi ride from the airport so I highly recommend it for staying a night before a flight.

We stayed one night to go and watch a rugby game at the Stade de France. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It's really next door, a 2-minute walk and you're there! Maria and her brother are lovely people! We'll definitely be back!
