Mohamed is very welcoming and always available if needed . Her brand new place was all clean, I was the second one to stay 5 minutes from the M9 metro. Perfect safety, I recommend it .

Staying with Pascale is like staying with a friend - she took such good care of us and welcomed us into her home. Her apartment is well appointed and has everything you could need. We arrived in the evening and she anticipated what might make our settling in easier after a long day of travel. If you have the opportunity to stay with Pascale, you are in for a treat!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Great, quiet and very clean apartment with many small extras, which the children especially enjoyed. Beds, pillows and blankets very good. Kitchen fully equipped. Bath and toilet separate. Very good shower. Great balcony overlooking the Disney castle and the fireworks in the evening. Good underground parking. Shops and restaurants very close. RER about 5 minutes' walk, Disneyland about 20 minutes' walk. Very friendly communication and very good information about the apartment and the surrounding area. My family and I stayed here for our first time visiting Paris and it was wonderful! The place was so clean and welcoming, bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen looked newly renovated and had every appliance/dish you could need. Despite being out of the Paris city center, the Paris metro/train system is very very easy to navigate and the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Getting to Paris is only a 10 minute train ride, and the trains feel safe and clean. Ridha was very helpful throughout our stay and responded so quickly to any questions we had about the city. We loved our stay and would definitely choose Ridha’s place again!

Excellent place to stay. Walk to a butcher, cheese shop, bakery, and wine shop all within a few minutes. Lots of close by restaurants and late night pizza grabs. Grocery basically across the street. Metro just a couple minute walk away. Perfect!

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We spent two days in this apartment during our trip to visit Disneyland. The location was excellent — very close to Disneyland, with plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines nearby. It was also just a short distance from a great shopping center, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was really clean well prepared and responsible and professional host. 10 of 10

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Listing as described, perfect for a couple! No problem for street parking. A small peaceful corner close to Paris, we recommend it!
