The place is in the middle of the sand, when it comes to mountain hikes, where you can choose and wreck in both light and more demanding trips. Walking distance from the house , there is Jendemsfjellet(Height 633 meters above sea level) which has a 360 degree view, towards Hustadvika,Ona lighthouse and Sundmørs Alps. Or what about island hopping? The house is newly restored in 2018 and appears as new.

The house is thoughtfully decorated with many nice qualities and it offers a peaceful place to enjoy the nature that translates the house. For the historically interested there is a slanted Heinrich bunker on the property that was built during World War II.
